Looking in the Bible and seeing so many uplifting words that stir up encouragement for us all. How can we not find a prayer in the words of David. His struggles and pain, lonely hours in a shephards field, turned to kingship and a God who gives victory to all who ask. Psalms is more than a song that David wrote, It is more than a refrain, more than a chant. It is the words that we need in the time of trouble and the time of shelter. God is in every word. The weight of this world can overwhelm you if you let it, but God has given us a way to combat any situation.
