    Time To Build

    in Culture

Hosted by Amen Re MenetHoupe. The Neter Sesen Book 6 Verse 4: One thing is the Beginning of all things, for it gives all things; and when I name the Good, I mean that which is altogether and always Good.

The Neter Sesen Book 17 Verses 30-34: For men that think so, suffer that which is most ridiculous of all; for professing to bless and praise Amen yet in not ascribing to Him the making or doing of All things, they know Him not. And besides not knowing Him, attributing to Him Passions, as Pride, or Oversight, or Weakness, or Ignorance, or Envy. For if He does not make or do all things, He is either proud or not able, or ignorant, or envious, which is impious to affirm. For Amen has only one Passion, namely Good and he that is good is neither proud, nor impotent, nor the rest, but Amen is Good itself. For Good is all power, to do or make all things, and everything that is made is made by Amen, that is by the Good and that can make or do all things.

TS Radio: Author, Nancy Madore on the Ethics of Judge Nadeau

    in Current Events

Hosted by Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Guest:  Nancy Madore author,   The Ethics of Judge Nadeau

The Ethics of Judge Nadeau is the TRUE story of a judge who presides over York County Probate Court in York, Maine. The premise of the book is that—in spite of the Maine Board of Overseers' rulings to the contrary—the behavior of Judge Robert M.A. Nadeau is unethical. Referencing real exhibits, orders and depositions in actual court cases, The Ethics of Judge Nadeau provides a bird’s eye view into the logic and reasoning behind behavior so incredible it will take your breath away. This candid and (often) humorous account of Robert Nadeau’s antics (in and out of the courtroom) is as entertaining as it is shocking.

The Ethics of Judge Nadeau is based on the premise that there are some things a lawyer should never do—especially if he’s a judge—because they are either unethical, illegal, or just plain wrong.

Links to actual court documents, depostions, court orders, and BAR findings can be found here:

How can anyone read through these documents and not be enraged at the abuse of this particular judge and the cover-up by the BAR oversight boards which have condonned his outrageous behavior.  This is a cover-up!  And this so-called "judge" is still sitting on the bench!

    The Michael Cutler Hour

    in Politics

    Happy Friday!

This evening we will take up the issue of how failures of the immigration system enable terrorists to enter the United States and how best to defend our nation from this threat.  With all of the focus that has been applied to the failures of the U.S./Mexican border, it would appear that finally politicians and journalists have “discovered” the fact that where immigration is concerned, there are many more vulnerabilities to be considered than only our porous southern border.

In fact, on December 17, 2015 the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee conducted a hearing on the topic, “Terrorist Travel: Vetting for National Security Concerns” insight into just how dysfunctional the visa process and other components of the legal side of the immigration system are. Many of the questions focused on how aliens, whose visas had been cancelled because they were discovered to pose a threat to national security, are still at large inside the United States.

On December 17, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Taking Failures of the Immigration System to Task: When will America get serious about immigration law enforcement?”

Please become a member of my “Bucket Brigade for Truth” and let your friends know about my show and my website, http://michaelcutler.net/

Make certain to reach out to your elected reprentatives and let them know your about your concerns- remember democracy is not a spectator sport!

Play Ball? Concussion in Young Athletes on Recovery Now with Kim Justus

    in Current Events

David Kracke says, "I have developed an expertise in understanding and utilizing the legislative process for the greater good. Two areas of my legislative work stand out: Laws requiring mandatory concussion education and return to play protocols for our young athletes, and laws requiring protection of our environment."

In 2008, David was part of the team that wrote and passed Max's Law, which along with Zach's Law in Washington, was the first law in the nation to require concussion education for high school coaches.  There is now a Max's Law equivalent in all fifty states.

In 2012, working with Dr. Jim Chesnutt and Senator Elizabeth Steiner-Hayward, David wrote what is now known as Jenna's Law.  Jenna's Law promises to reduce the incidence of SIS and to allow all young athletes in Oregon to fully recover from a concussion before returning to play.

Mr. Kracke is a member of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Concussion Awareness Management Program (OCAMP),  now sits on the advisory board of the Brain Injury Alliance of Oregon.
Mr. Kracke is a skilled litigator who for over twenty-four years has successfully litigated cased in the Tri-County area.  He is recognized as a leading advocate of Plaintiff's rights in the Portland area, and has been interviewed by local and national media for his opinions on various legal and policy issues. david@craignicholslaw.com

Neil Haley Interviews Award-Winning Journalist Eric Poole

    in Education

Eric Poole felt strongly about writing his book, Company of Heroes.  Here is a synopsis:On May 10, 1970, during the Cambodian Incursion, Army Specialist Leslie Sabo Jr., 22-years old, married only 30 days before shipping out and on active duty for just 6 months, died as his patrol was ambushed near a remote border area of Cambodia. When an enemy grenade landed near a wounded comrade, Sabo used his body to shield the soldier from the blast. Despite being mortally injured, he crawled towards the enemy emplacement and threw a grenade into the bunker. The explosion silenced the enemy fire, but also ended Sabo's life. This attack by North Vietnamese troops killed eight of Sabo's fellow soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division and would come to be known as the "Mother's Day Ambush." Sabo's commanders nominated him for the Medal of Honor, but the request was somehow lost. A campaign to correct the oversight began in 1999, ultimately leading to legislation that eliminated the three-year time limit on awarding this medal.
Forty-two years after his selfless acts of heroism during the Vietnam War saved the lives of his fellow soldiers; Leslie H. Sabo Jr. posthumously received the Medal of Honor on May 16, 2012.
Using military records and interviews with surviving soldiers, journalist Eric Poole recreates the terror of combat amidst the jungles and rice paddies as Bravo Company 3rd Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne forged bonds of brotherhood in their battle for survival. Company of Heroes offers an insight into the incredible and harrowing experiences of just a small number of men from a single unit, deep in the jungles of Vietnam and Cambodia.
