October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, likely we all know someone who has been affected by this dreadful illness. Perhaps you have been in the role of supportive partner, relative or friend. Millennial top career concerns involve balancing family and work demands, even above job security and earning a competitive salary (Ennis, 2006)
