On tonight's podcast I am joined by SCFE contributors Stefan Zonia and Joe Bond to talk strategy for our Shandler Park monthly league. You may have heard me mention it a little bit last week when I was on with Chris Meyers but tonight will be the definitive strategy podcast.
If you're planning on playing any of these monthly games on ShandlerPark.com, listening in on our strategy session is a must!
This week on the show join host Dan Siegel and his co-host Josh Sadlock as they talk to former San Francisco Giants all star pitcher and now analyst Shawn Estes, former Philadelphia Phillies all-star Mike Lieberthal, and Rawling Stars and Stripes instructor Kelly Ahrens.
Hello and welcome to my blogtalkradio show this evening at 5:30 PM. This show is a live talk radio show and I am so excited to annnounce my next special Guest is the extremely talented Britich Singer-Songwriter and performing musician, the much LOVED, JAMES MADDOCK. James made teh move from his hometown Leicester, England and has been based in New York City since his arrival in 2003.
Maddock's first PUBLIC SUCCESS in the United States was with his band WOOD, whose album (Songs from Stamford Hill) Columbia Records produced multiple songs appearing on the most popular hit TV Show "DAWSON'S CREEEK", including the top # 5 single "STAY YOU". James though being British, is largely associated with the Americana Music Style. James appeared on CBS "THIS MORNING" and on "THE DAVID LETTERMAN SHOW". James has also graced us here in Asbury Park, NJ with his unique talent at numerous "LIGHT OF DAY CONCERTS", "The STONE PONY" and The WONDER BAR" as well.
James performed with Bruce Springsten and Willie Nile, sang on an Album with Susan Mc Keown and was featured on National Public Radio and "MOUNTAIN STAGE." In addition he was given one of the greatest compliments that a Musician could ever receive by "IDOTS DELIGHT" founder and free form radio legend VIN SCELSAI who called Maddock's work "heartbreakingly beautiful and exquisitely crafted...touches the soul."

A report and comments on events and a rally supporting Prineville PD and safe parks in Prineville, Oregon. Join us as we explore what can be done to keep our parks safe for the families and children they are intended for.
Survey's of the parks in recent days indicate that many people use our parks and that there are many different experiences and interactions at these parks. A great community effort is in the process of assuring the best possible experience for all park users.
It was also very clear that our County Park and Recreation Department work had to provide clean facilities and beautiful areas for our use.
Angel Borrelli and Joe Janish talk baseball pitching mechanics and injury prevention. In this episode, they discuss updates with pitchers from previous episodes, such as Homer Bailey, Jonathon Niese, Justin Verlander, Vic Black, and Masahiro Tanaka. In particular, Angel explains the connection between Vic Black's herniated disc and his shoulder weakness, and she goes into detail about Tanaka's reduced velocity. Finally, Angel provides a velocity tip by illustrating -- with photos referenced at OnBaseball.com -- how pitchers need to, and fail to, "get over the front leg."
We are now to weeks into the 2015 season and the Milwaukee Brewers season has started with a big thud. A complete 180 from last years start. The Brewers are not hitting, epsecually when they have runners in scoring position, and the pitching hasn't been helping matters. In this eposode, Evan will recap the past week of the season and then talk about what is going wrong and how or if the season can be saved before it gets even more out of control. He will also talk about who is to blame for this slow start and as always, phone calls are welcome to the show.
On the second episode of the Venom Strikes Podcast, we will talk to staff writer John Tenney about the Diamondbacks presence on the International Market, the 2016 FA class, and the strikezone in baseball.
Finally, we will talk to Ryan P Morrison of Inside the Zona about optimizing a batting order, and the strikezone in baseball.
