Take the time to rest, to recline, to address each situation with calm. Yeah right! However the energy, good or evil, heightened or laid back, your approach dictates the outcome. Relax into a comfort with your choices and then forget about it.
Every morning you wake up and every night before you lay it down, you can’t take back or do over what just happened. So just relax in the moments of life and breathe.

Each and all helped in some way in the creation and development of who you are now. Their input might not show up ‘till later in your life, but I guarantee you’ll recognize it when it does, if you remember to remember.
Remember the bad times along with the good. Remember the hurt along with the feel good. Remember everything then nothing at all. Don’t attach to the memories, attach to the outcome of their impact.
Remember to always consider you first, not above anyone or anything else, just you first. Remember to pay attention to what you say how you say when you say what you say. It does matter. Always remember to love yourself.

Believing isn’t about a Pollyanna rose colored glasses dream of what you think life should be. It’s about believing because you already know the truth and reality and still you allow belief its place in your heart.
Expect belief in you from no one lest you believe in yourself.

This week's theme:LIVE. Live as G-D, of and with the spirit of the light that is you and the infusion of the lives of those Spirits you call your family and friends. Jump, shout, yell and sing aloud celebrating each new day of your life; consider the alternative.
Live as if every tomorrow promises a cracker jacks surprise. It doesn’t matter how large or small, just the fact that you’re alive.
Living can be an exciting rise to the mountain top elevating you closer to G-D. It can also cause a great deal of strife no matter how good you are and whether or not you do all the right things in life. Again, it doesn’t matter. As long you live to live.
