On our 6.16.2013 program we talked about the NSA Big Brother system going into the fact that Big Brother has been eavesdropping on the American people and most of the people on Earth.
In the beginning of the telephone era Big Brother hired telephone operators to listen to select phone calls of persons of interest. hoover of the FBI had thousands of phone operators eavesdropping on calls for him.
Anyone could listen into their neighbor's calls if they had a party line. Put "party line" into a search engine (startpage.com) and read up on it.
Big Brother has been eavesdropping on phone calls since the phone was invented. He has also been opening snail mail letters of persons of interest. pat Tilman (Arizona Cardinals cornerback) wrote to his family that he was guarding opium fields. Rumsfeld was told and gave the orders to have Tilman murdered.
Big Brother listens to everything you say on the phone, and reads every text message, email, everything you post on social networks and logs every web site you visit, every search you make, everything you buy on the Internet or in stores with a credit/debit card or check. He evens logs every key stroke you make on your computer.

Marion Witte holds Bachelor Degrees in business administration and accounting, and has received several academic and professional awards, including graduating Summa Cum Laude from college and completing her education in three years. Upon passing the licensing exam while a junior in college, Marion became one of the youngest CPAs in the United States that year. While in Minneapolis, she served as president of the National Association of Accountants and the American Society of Women Accountants. Marion moved into general business management after leaving public accounting, and served as the Executive Vice President for one of the largest tour operators in the upper Midwest. Upon moving to California, Marion became a partner in a jewelry manufacturing company, and subsequently formed a computer consulting firm, a real estate development company and a CPA firm. In 2011, Marion completed her memoir - "Little Madhouse on the Prairie," - which relays the story of her life. By telling her own story, her hope was to open readers' eyes to the serious and long-term damage caused by all forms of childhood mistreatment. Her memoir also suggests ways that others can heal from their own wounds. Marion believe that only through awareness, education and healing can society prevent such future damage. Their interview will focus on the recent federal budget-cuts directed towards our Air Traffic Control system. Since the recording of this interview, these budget-cuts have been repealed as of April 27. However, major economic and military damages have already been caused.
Damage from sequestration to the Air Force's readiness was articulated by Michael Donley on the 23rd of April by saying, “[It] will extend into Fiscal '14 even if sequestration is undone before the end of this fiscal year.” Donley also told defense reporters in Washington, D.C., “standing down pilots and weapon-system operators due to slashed flying and training hours means it will take anywhere from three to six months into Fiscal 2014 to get proficiency levels back up to combat mission-ready status.”
This is probably the most important topic we have covered yet, and the information discussed here will affect all Americans.

Using a EIN as a SSN!

A common, and illegal, tactic employed by scam credit repair organizations is called ‘file segregation.’ These companies have flooded the mail, internet, radio, and TV with ads claiming that using ‘legal forms from the federal government’ you can exercise your ‘one-time right’ to apply for a new Social Security number.
Bingo, you’re a new person with a clean credit history, right? Wrong – unlike other scams in which you may be an innocent victim, this scam makes you a perpetrator of fraud against the government. If you try ‘file segregation’, you could face fines or even a prison sentence.
File segregation operators advise the consumer to apply to the IRS for an Employer Identification Number ("EIN"). Consumers are told to use the EIN in lieu of their Social Security number when applying for credit, in order to create a completely new credit file in which the old debts will not appear. The scheme essentially involves an attempt to hide one's identity from creditors by getting credit with the EIN and a name and address that differ slightly from accurate identifiers.
Both the person selling such a scheme and consumers who follow the scheme are violating the law. The CROA bars any person from making or counseling any consumer to make any untrue or misleading statement with the intent to alter the consumer's identification in order to hide accurate credit information. Consumers following such advice may be committing felonies.
