In order to protect yourself from transactions which occur during the course of your business, every contract you enter into on behalf of your business should be in writing in order to cement the terms of the contract in a form that is less susceptible to dispute. In this show, Bill and Rick discuss how you can be more assured of what you bargained for and therefore make yourself less likely to expose your assets to loss, should a “contrived” dispute arise.

What is trust? How do we define it? What does it mean in our daily lives? How important is it to trust people in general? How important is it to trust those close to us, or even far away? Where do lines get drawn between trust and lack of it? Have you ever noticed at times they can blur to the point of nonexistance? What happens when we trust to much? What happens when we become so jaded that we can no longer trust anyone?
Trust is so essential to life. Trust is so easy to break and so very hard to rebuild. Some people spend a lifetime trying. Some simply give up.

Shemetah (sabbatical year or sheviit literally "seventh) is the seventh year of the seven-year agricultural cycle mandated by the Torah for the Land of Israel and still observed in contemporary Judaism. During shmita, the land is left to lie fallow and all agricultural activity, including plowing, planting, pruning and harvesting, is forbidden by halakha (Jewish law).
Israel set aside $29M for the farmers who obey the Shemetah Law (the Israel government believes that God will bless the land if they obey the Shemitah). “While the Shemitah was designed by God to be a blessing to the people, when it was not observed, and when the people walked away from God, it became a curse,” A Jubilee is a Sabbath of Sabbath years (7x7 years=49 years, so rest on the 50th
Jubilee: Jubilee is the institution described in the book of Leviticus (25:8-24) where it is stated that a series of forty-nine years [was] to be counted (there is considerable uncertainty as to the date from when the counting is to begin, but traditionally it is from the creation of the world) and every fiftieth year declared a special year during which there was to be no agricultural work; all landed property was to revert to its original owner; and slaves were to be set free. The name Jubilee is from the Hebrew word yovel, “ram’s horn,” the year being so called because a ram’s horn was sounded when it was proclaimed (Leviticus 25:9). Since this verse says: “[Proclaim liberty] throughout the land for all its inhabitants,” the Talmudic view is that the Jubilee was not observed during the Second Temple period because the majority of Jews no longer lived in the land of Israel.

To look at this question from the side of a person facing the challenge of having to tell the truth to someone about their behavoir, choices, or other factors but you'd rather not do so, is the proactive side of exercising your character and strength of being.
It takes a lot of inner heart rendinging with honest and open contemplation within your Heart of Hearts to deal with this type of issue being on your plate, so to speak, doesn't it?
We can resent being in this postion, too, if we are brually honest with ourself about it. But wisdom calls for this brutal truth telling to be weiled by a gentle sword cutting to the bottom line right through all the enturbulaitng emotions likely at play. We'll look closely at all of this.
Yet, this is a two sided coin to flip, if we are being whole and honest in our approach. The other side is from the supposedly offending side whereby the question looks more like this: When Your Point of View Has the Power to Harm Others, but you Refuse to See it...Now What?
Sometimes we pretend it is only about our little world, wants, likes, dislikes, etc. but often this is a lie we tell ourselves so we are not burderned with our interactive relationships with others from a higher arc of consciousness rooted in our very existence at Spirit or Cause.
We all play a part in the wholism of life and how it is playing out. Some things we do, inject an influence far grander and exponential than we may want ot admit. Who wants to face what they don't want to face/admit?
Who doesn't face these challenges. Let's talk about it from both sides.
