Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio Presents: Ohio Researcher Tina Harter

    in Paranormal

Tina Harter was born and raised near Cincinnati, Ohio. Throughout her childhood, she would often spend her summer months on her Grandparent’s farm in the hills of Northern Tennessee where she developed an appreciation for nature, animals and the outdoors.  Through the years, her interests have expanded into various areas of science, crypto zoology and even paranormal. However, 30 years after that summer evening in her friends’ backyard, that memory and experience came back to her and bigfoot has become her main passion ever since. Over the last 10 years, Tina has increased her studies by researching many books and articles on the subject. She has been involved in a few groups around the Tri-state area, is a member of a weekly skype discussion group, attended several conferences and has joined various blogs and focus groups within the Bigfoot community. She is the administrator and one of the creators of the internet group Bigfoot Under The Radar and is out in the field at least 2 times a week to learn as much as possible about the Bigfoot phenomena. She has combined her passion with trying to understand Bigfoot with her passion for photography and has researched Southwestern Ohio quite heavily. She has some particularly favorite spots where she has acquired physical evidence of footprints as well as thousands of pictures of stick structures and other signs. She has had other sightings as well, but so far it has eluded the lens of her camera. Tina believes that her strong determination to research Bigfoot is to hopefully get some answers about her experience as a teen.

Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio Presents: Dan Baker Ohio Bigfoot Researcher

    in Paranormal

Dan was a 12 year old boy back in 1967 when Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin made their world famous film. From the very first time he saw it, he was amazed and hooked on Bigfoot.
As a young boy, Dan was privileged to grow up out in the country where he and one of his friends used to play in the woods almost everyday. One day they came across a huge dome shaped enclosure with an opening on one end. It was big enough for both of them to fit in comfortably and used it as a ready made fort for about two weeks. One day when they went back to play in their fort, they found it was completely gone.
As a young boy, Dan had no idea of the significance of what they had discovered. It wasn't until years later that he realized what the structure was.
His Bigfoot research then began to take off and he has never looked back. Though he began with reading and online research,  he has since spent a great deal of time in the woods researching and seeking answers as to what this creature is.

Dan Baker was a believer until June 15th 2013 when he had a nighttime sighting. From that time on he became a knower.
In July of 2014, he founded American Primate Exploration / A.P.E. . It is a closed group on Facebook with membership closing in on 800 people. It is a very serious, no nonsense group with research teams in 8 states, Manitoba,Quebec and the U.K.

Dan has had the pleasure of meeting many greats in the Bigfoot community such as Dr. Jeff Meldrum, Esteban Sarmiento, Lyle Blackburn, John Kirk III, The cast of Finding Bigfoot, and his hero and living legend, Bob Gimlin.

Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio Presents: Ohio Bigfoot Researcher Eric Tipton

    in Paranormal

In continuing the series on the North American Sasquatch Researcher, Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio is honored to present Ohio Researcher Eric Tipton. Eric Tipton has lived in central Ohio his whole life and has been a believer in Bigfoot, Paranormal and UFO's since he was a young boy. The first time he saw a Bigfoot, he was watching the classic series In Search Of. Eric remembers being fixated on the tv during the whole show. At the end he looked over at his dad who said, " Son there are things in this world that have been here long before man and they will be here long after." That was it for Eric and he was hooked. In 2001, Eric was coming home from northeast Ohio on a back road and what he saw that night will be etched in his mind for the rest of his life. Eric didn't speak of it for almost a decade. It wasn't until his good friend and research partner Mike Kain began commuting together to a job that they realized they had a lot in common on the subject of Bigfoot.  Mike was very open minded and it sparked Eric to finally reveal his experience. He felt a strong burn to find what he saw all those years ago and has since dove head first in everything that deals in Bigfoot. The field research Eric and Mike do consists of much off trail hiking. Eric says it"s very hard on the body, but has rewarded them extremely well. The most intense encounter they had was back in July which we will hear about tonight.  Eric believes the reason they are so successful in field research is because they push the envelope every time they go out.  Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio welcomes everyone to the show tonight. It's going to be another great one!

Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio Presents: S.O.S.B.I. from Ohio - Roundtable

    in Paranormal

Join the Nite Callers Crew this Sunday in continuing the North American Sasquatch Researcher series with a roundtable discussion featuring the South Eastern Ohio Society for Bigfoot Investigation (SOSBI) and special guest, Stacy Hostetler. To start the night off, we will have a one-on-one interview with the head man and dedicated Bigfoot researcher, Doug Waller. If he's not talking Bigfoot, Doug is reading about the subject. He has read nearly 150 Bigfoot books!  Doug has delivered several library presentations as well as spoke at three different conferences. In 2013, he had his own book published, “Standing in the Shadows: Bigfoot Stories from Southeastern Ohio ". Although Doug loves to joke around, when it comes to Bigfoot, he is a serious investigator. SOSBI was formed in 2008 by three co-workers who found that they had more in common than just work; they were all interested in Bigfoot. They created SOSBI with the goal that the group be free to the public and attract witnesses as well as enthusiasts who could have a place to openly share their stories, thoughts, and info without ridicule. They have come a long way from that first library meeting held in 2008. They now have bi-monthly meetings held with an average of 45 regular attendees including 6 active investigators. Doug Waller, Mary Jane, and Shawna have spent many hours in the field talking to witnesses and gathered tons of knowledge on this topic. You won’t want to miss a word, so be sure to listen in right at 8 pm CST for more info on this group as well as tons of great information and stories. We’ll save you a seat at the table!

Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio Presents: Michael Kain, Ohio Sasquatch Researcher

    in Paranormal

Continuing the series of the North American Sasquatch Researcher, Nite Callers presents Michael Kain, Sasquatch Researcher from the state of Ohio. Michael Kain is 44 years old and lives in Central Ohio. Through out Michael's childhood, he experienced paranormal activity which spurred his first passion to be a paranormal investigator. Because Michael is open minded, it was not a stretch for him to believe that Sasquatch could also exist. He felt a kinship with those who had sightings especially when there was very little evidence to support the witness's encounters. When an episode of Finding Bigfoot aired on the state of Ohio, it ignited his interest in the subject and he decided to go out and look for himself where he found much possible evidence in the field. Being an avid off trail hiker, he began hiking to areas where few people ever go and obtained audio, found foot prints and limb structures. Mark and his partner Eric Tipton research year round, predominantly in the daytime. Join us as we welcome Michael Kain aka Woodland Spirit. It promises to be a very fascinating show!

Michael has a face book community called the House of Enoch.
