Also we touch on some of the news from the past week, including Johnny Sauter getting hired at BK Racing to drive the No.83 car for the Daytona 500. The team also announced that an announcement for a a team's third driver will be announced in a press confrence on Monday. We will discuss the possibilities on who that driver can be?

Love Liberty & Lip Gloss: Dr. Tania Talks Women's Health

    in Women

Join Writestream founder Dariaanne and Director of Marketing Lisa Tarves for Love Liberty & Lip Gloss on February 5 at 7 p.m. Eastern when they welcome Dr. Tania to talk about women's health from a holistic point of view:

Who is the woman behind www.drtania.com?  A native of New Jersey, Dr. Tania Howard decided to become a chiropractor at the age of 15, when she experienced a complete metamorphosis in her health after seeking chiropractic care for an injury. She completed her undergraduate work at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and her doctorate at Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia. In private practice for over 20 years, she is the founder of Broadneck Family Chiropractic, where she practices with two amazing partners who make it possible for her to take her message ‘on the road’ with her saucy lifestyle blog.

BK (“Before Kids”), Hollywood came calling and she enjoyed providing chiropractic health care on movie sets (Tuck Everlasting, Ladder 49, The Replacements, and many others) and behind the scenes at live shows like David Copperfield. She’s been profiled in Washington Post Magazine and other trade and regional publications.

A chiropractic lifestyle has helped her to stay fit and healthy enough to become a triathlete and marathoner at the age of 40 (though she admits to being a yoga convert).  She lives in Annapolis with her three true loves, her husband Braden and daughters Francesca and Julia.

How does a man begin to heal from heartbreak?

    in Romance

Tonight we are talking to Cheyenne Bostock who is a Life & Relationship Expert, Author and Father. Like many young African American males, he lacked a father/positive male role model in his life. The book Break Every Chain is a guide to help our men overcome the vicious cycle of fatherless homes, unemployment and incarceration that plague our communities.

A social media campaign called #BreakEveryChain consisting of video interviews of public figures such as Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams, NY State Senator Kevin Parker, NY State Assemblymen Walter T. Mosley, Artist Danny Simmons, Modern Day Match Maker Paul C. Brunson, Pastor Jamal Bryant and many others was launched on December 18, 2014. Bostock is a regular on The Bill Cunningham Show, writes for the Huffington Post, and has been featured on Fox News, Chasing NJ, News 12 BK, Arise TV, and Fusion TV. For more info, follow @AskCheyB and visit www.askcheyb.com.

Cheyenne Bostock’s #BreakEveryChain Testimonial:  Bostock’s father passed away when he was only 1 year old. He recently went to visit his burial plot for the first time in his life at 30 years old. He was joined by two of his older brothers as they shared stories about their father. They laughed, cried and began a healing process for their open wounds.

    in Sports

On tonight's episode we talk about the Sylvania 300 in New Hampshire today.

Joey Logano wins it. We'll talk about the racing, and break down the race and the good runs and bad runs for drivers.

We'll also talk about the racing in NH today.

Also, we'll break down the chase grid, and see who is in trouble and who isn't. Did Aric Almirola get back into contention today, with Dover coming up?

BK Racing made a driver change this weekend right before this weekend's race in New Hampshire. Ryan Truex's future is in question with the team. We'll break down the dilemma with the BK team, and where Ryan Truex's future may be.

Identity Racing Ventures made a driver swap before this weekend's race as well. Mike Wallace replaced Joe Nemechek. It's a very curious move, and Joe Nemechek might be out of that ride. We'll talk about this as well.

Brendan Gaughan won this weekend's Nationwide Series race in Kentucky, his second career win. We'll break that down, and the race,

and Cole Custer, goes to victory lane for Ken Schrader Racing in the Camping World Truck Series. Custer becomes the youngest driver in Camping World Truck Series history at the age of 16.
