The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Amir Arison from NBC’s The Blacklist.
In the third season of the hit NBC drama "The Blacklist," FBI Agent Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone, "Law & Order: LA") is now a fugitive and on the run with criminal mastermind Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader, "The Office," "Boston Legal"). With Assistant FBI Director Harold Cooper (Harry Lennix "The Matrix," "Ray") under investigation, a conflicted Agent Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff, "Homeland") leads the FBI Task Force on a massive manhunt for Liz and Red - who are more dangerous together than apart, since Liz has expert knowledge of FBI procedures and no one exceeds Red's vast resources. As they struggle to stay one step ahead of their former colleagues, and Liz immerses herself in Red's underworld of disreputable contacts and covert operations, will the list of this season's new Blacklisters play a key role in their survival or their demise? Liz is on an unpredictable journey of self-discovery, and all the pieces of her life, including her indefinable relationship with Tom (Ryan Eggold, "90210," "Lucky Them"), will be drastically challenged as she continues to believe Red holds all the answers.

Many boxing observers are accusing Amir Khan's father, Shah Khan of signing his own son's death warrant by negotiation for an agreeing to a fight with lineal middleweight title-holder, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. The jump up in weight is widely considered too great for Khan who moves up a full weight class and a pound, to what has become known as "Canelo weight."
Even as "middleweight champion," Canelo is back to doing what he does best, facing smaller challengers nobody in his weight class is worried about.
ONTHEGRiND BOXiNG breaks down the fight in the aftermath along with the latest boxing news, commentary, predictions and analysis from around the boxing world.
Tonight, we discuss the bombshell fight announcement from earlier today when we learned that WBC/Lineal middleweight champion of the world Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will be defending his title against Amir Khan at a catch weight of 155lbs. Even fresh off of one of the biggest fights of his career – a win over Miguel Cotto last year – Canelo is determined to prove he is willing to make the biggest matchups possible.
Canelo and Khan will take place in Las Vegas, likely at the new T-Mobile arena scheduled to open in April, but the site is not yet determined. However, we do know that the mega showdown will happen May 7th on HBO PPV. The announcement sent shockwaves through the boxing world, specifically through social media. Now, we attempt to bring together and discuss all the excitement, all the concerns and all of the speculation that makes this fight so important. And, of course, we will be taking live calls on air from you the voice of the people. From Alumni to first-time callers, we encourage everyone to call 646-478-3068 to voice your opinion. And remember you can express your opinion in writing by becoming part of the team and writing for the site- contact Mario Mungia or Nestor Gibbs at Theboxingvoice@yahoo.com. Potential for substantial growth within the field of boxing journalism.
Well that Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs Amir Khan announcement sure came out of nowhere. How are we even supposed to react to news like this? A welterweight and big junior middleweight fighting for the middleweight title at a catchweight? It's weird. Some like it. Some don't. Patrick Connor of The Fight City is joined by Matthew Swain of The Queensberry Rules in dissecting the matchup and figuring out just how hard we should roll our collective eyes, if at all.
Also a likely topic is last weekend's sacrificial offering of Jean Pascal upon the altar of Sergey Kovalev. Was the rematch productive at all?

Louis Farrakhan, inspired his teacher to give him the name ‘Nuri’ which comes from the attribute of Allah(God) Al-Nur, meaning “The Light.” With anticipation, steely determination and focus by activists, organizers and Nation of Islam Believers around the country—led by the tireless work and unceasing travel, vision and determination of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan—mobilizing for “Justice Or Else!”, the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March, was intense. Plans for the gathering started after an April announcement by Min. Farrakhan that it was time to return to Washington, D.C. Yet in a few months, with no corporate sponsors, no huge national political backers, few establishment endorsements, and no mainstream media help, the U.S. Capitol and down the National Mall Oct. 10 were filled with throngs of people. They were drawn by a call to stand against pervasive racism and injustice with the invitation extended to Native Americans, Latinos, veterans and women to stand against oppression. Urban News Service put the number at hundreds of thousands and some estimated a million people and upwards. With substantial construction underway on the National Mall there was spillover onto side streets. It was an incredible gathering that was peaceful, loving and the beginning of a movement. . Now on the ground work begins and people are eager to get started. Join the movement at www.justiceorelse.com.
