Seventy years ago today, the United States, UK and Canada embarked on the largest amphibious operation in the History of the World. The Normandy Landings (codenamed Operation Neptune) consisted of 24k Allied troops landing in airborne assaults and 136k troops storming the beaches of Northern France. Join us tonight for the Backstory on D-Day. You will hear the accounts of some heroes who survived and we will discuss D-Day's role in defeating the German War Machine.

Also Nigerian defense chief claims the abducted Christian school girls have been located, but to dangerous to go in and rescure them. Also a train crash in India kills 40 people. Also a bus crash in Pakistan kills 16 people. Also Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei calls out and says: "Jihad will continue until America is no more." Also hundreds of dead fish on the shores in Texas as the "Hosea Prophecy" continues. These events and much more along with bible prophecy and the powerful Word of God. Over 425,000 Allied and German troops were killed, wounded or went missing during the Battle of Normandy. So this means that over 209,000 Allied casualties, w/ 37,000 dead ground forces & A further 16,714 deaths in the Allied air forces. Of the Allied casualties. 125,847 from the US ground forces DIED ALONE . The losses of the Axis troops during the Battle of Normandy can only be estimated, about 200,000 German troops killed or wounded. The Allies also captured 200,000 prisoners of war (not included in the 425,000 total, above). During the fighting around the Falaise Pocket by itself, the Germans suffered losses of around 90,000, including prisoners. Todays show is dedicated to their memory and tonight we will read stories about NORMAND BEACH & Sarge will give his testomonial as only our favorite veteran can do as we honor ALL of those who on this day gave their arms and legs, eyes and ears , body but NOT their SPIRIT or SOUL.
