Joel is the author of the PRiSM project delivery method and the co-author of the book “The GPM Guide to Sustainability in Project Management”. Joel works to support training providers and academic institutions around the world as an advocate for SiPM (Sustainability in Project Management) and due to his efforts, GPM has grown to be active in over 50 countries and is a member of the UN Global Compact offering the only registered project management training course from North America to be registered with the International Project Management Association.

The just-released study results reveal the global state of resource management and capacity planning and this talk will focus on the survey findings around Product Development – the pains, risks and opportunities of resource management and capacity planning.
