    Was he out of line?

Did her unwillingness to cooperate with the RSO justify his actions?

Is there sxomething the school could have done differently?

How do you feel about the video and the information that followed?

What if she had been your daughter?

"Relationship Tuesday" When Friendships Go too Far

    in Romance

    When friendship goes too far

It begins innocently. You talk about the events of the day, your interests, share funny stories. Pretty soon, you’re discussing the passions of your heart and confiding in each other about the problems in your marriages.

What began as an innocent friendship with someone of the opposite sex has quickly become an emotional affair. And if you’re not careful, it could mushroom into a full-blown physical affair.

Of course, most of us have friends of the opposite sex and never stumble into an affair. But it can be easier than you think to cross the line in those kinds of friendships. That’s why you need to set appropriate boundaries with opposite-sex friends and guard your heart – and the heart of your marriage!

    What you need to know

We live in a culture that is largely hostile to Biblical truth, moral purity and marital fidelity. Our hearts are continuously bombarded by temptations from our human nature, our culture and the devil himself. Here are three things you can count on:

You have a marriage relationship that is worth guarding with your life.
Living in a world that is largely hostile to healthy marriages, your hearts will come under attack.
You cannot survive these attacks on your own. You and your spouse must stand together against your common foe. You must guard your heart and guard each other’s heart. And you need others to stand with you over the long haul – Christians who share your desire for a divorce-proof marriage.

    Anxiety with Minister Henry

    in Christianity

Join Minister Damian henry every Wednesday morning @ 10am eastern standard time. Anxiety is a feeling we all face in life. Our Lord himself gave the instruction to be anxious for nothing to His disciples and, by extension, to the church. His awareness of human frailties expressed in our fears was manifested by His friends: "Fear not." Still.we are creatures who, in sptie of our faith, are given to anxiety and at times even to melancholy.

Did the Missouri Student Protest Go Too Far?

    in Current Events

UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI President TIM WOLFE stepping down amid students' protest is seen as a success, but does the university caving to their demands set a bad precedent?  HUNGER-STRIKE Mizzou student, Jonathan Butler, said the university didn't go far enough?  Which is it?  Soon as Wolfe stepped down, the players went right back to practice, so the question remains will this actually create any cultural change at the University of Missouri by symbolically removing one man?    Asking the questions America's afraid to ask on the MENTAL DIALOGUE talk show. At the top of the 2nd hour, during the MONEY & POWER 15 we will discuss the economic impact of the football players joining the protest & refusing to play.  Also e  will bring in special guest from the activist group "Smart-N-Up" to discuss their upcoming community talk "Bridging The Gap" with the MD audience. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK

    I'm your host

    Author Sharnel

     Guest

    Author Yani,

She wrote her first novel when she was fifteen years old while attending University City High-School. What started out as just a short story to help her cope with the accidental and devastating murder of a friend, turned into a full length, 893 handwritten paged novel after being encouraged to continue writing more by her peers. Years later, A Thug’s Redemption along with its two sequels, became Amazon Best Sellers and featured in Yo! Raps Magazine. Yani had previously been known for her writing through her edgy poetry, which granted her an invitation to the Tri-State’s number 1 Hip-Hop and R&B radio station, Power 99FM, to recite her popular poem “Why Tyrone Can’t Read” in 2001. Since then, Yani has attended open mic nights, reciting her poetry throughout Philadelphia. Yani has been featured on numerous blogs and has made guest appearances on various blog-talk radio shows. She was also a featured author at the 2013 National Black Book Festival in Houston, Texas. Yani still resides in Philadelphia with her three children and is working on her sixth novel.

Too little, too late for Villa

    in Soccer

Five games unbeaten! Can you believe it? Jack and James are back with this week's episode of the Holtecast discussing Aston Villa's best run of form in... far too long.

In addition to the normal recap of the last match and preview of the next fixture as well as Twitter questions, we got caught up in a few other recent Villa happenings.

Some of the topics we lingered on were the terrible decisions that have doomed Villa prior to the arrival of Tom Fox and Steve Hollis, a lack of business in the transfer market partially due to the Football Association's biased rules and the merit of giving a run in the FA Cup a proper go.
