It all started when my wife had our youngest son and complained about not being able to shake the baby weight. If any of you know anything about marriage, a happy wife equals a happy life…lol. So, my wife saught out a meal plan program that was condusive to her lifestyle. This is where The Good Life and Mary Parr fit in. My wife brought home this 30 day meal plan and said she was really ready to lose weight. One of her biggest roadblocks was time in preparing and packing the meals. This is where I came in. We went over the meal plan, did the shopping together and then I went to work as far as preparing and packing her meals for her for the first 30 days. She loved it and stuck with it, not to mention lost weight immediately. After 60 days of this and watching her gain her confidence back, my wife lost a total of 26 pounds with me shopping, preparing and packing the meals for her daily.

3 Cups Purified Water, a Large Bunch of Organic Kale, Organic Spinach, Bunch of Cilantro, Fresh Dill, Parsley, 2 Peeled Lemons, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Powder for Pop, a Pinch of Himalayan Salt, Celery (Cut in Half), Nutritional Yeast, Mung Beans for Garish, and you can add Spirulina if you want for more Protein. ... and 2 Avacados at the VERY end, just before you garnish!
