We bring back our football podcast and barring a vacation or scheduling issue we will have a show weekly from now until August and then going twice a week through bowl season.
The first show back has us interviewing three-star linebacker commit Alec Simpson who has verbally pledged to play at Nevada. Simpson was receiving interest from BYU, Oregon and Wisconsin. The Wolf Pack were his only offer but he likely will be pursued in the fall during his senior year.
The rest of the show will focus on Utah State's spring game with our Aggies contributor Parker Roberston who was at the spring game. We will go over the highlights and what should be expected from the quarterback position and the team overall.
Of course expect some wackiness in our first show back.
Also, to make everything 100 percent clear, we are biased against your team.
It's beginning to look a lot like football...everywhere you go...
OK, I take some liberties from the old holiday tune, but it is definitely feeling like the NFL-gears are starting to turn faster and faster! Over the months of June and July FFToolbox Radio is going to take you through every NFL Division, breaking down the teams, the positions, the sleepers and the busts so be sure to head on over to iTunes (or Stitcher or BlogTalkRadio or wherever!) and SUBSCRIBE so that you don't miss a moment of the conversation.
As always, you can catch the show live on Tuesdays at 7:30PM ET at the blogtalkradio.com website.
Tuesday, July 1, 2014 - it's the NFC West. Arguably the toughest division in the NFL, Footballguys' own Sigmund Bloom (@SigmundBloom) will be joining me to talk about these four teams and to let you know where the fantasy goodness will be found. Don't miss it!
Tonight: Outstanding final in basketball and a few thoughts on the boys who played, the Supreme Court and Citizens United, and examples of money corrupting. Also, the California water shortage and Nestle Bottling Company; a shining example of corporate welfare, and my take on the situation in California , Iceland, and the Federal Reserve. Always an interesting perspective on everyday issues.
Quota system for police...now we know. And the vicious payment process that follows. GMOS and roundup. Only in America. Also China investing heavily in infrastructure while republicans refuse to fund any in the US, the DEA debacle and more! Always an interesting perspective on everyday issues.
Signing day is in the books and now we are here to discuss the classes of the Mountain West schools. We will have guests on the show to discuss various classes. We will have Matt Bainn to discuss San Diego State, Isaac Draxler of Scout.com to talk Utah State and Jackson Moore of Scout.com to chat about Fresno State and San Jose State.
We will of course discuss parts of the other classes in the Mountain West to see how they compare and stack up for the future.
