HABITS can be very helpful or harmful.
Psychologists say that 90% or more of everything we do is directed by subconscious programming. Our Health Guru, Beverly Nadler, says these are automatic responses to life and, therefore, habitual. We need automatic habitual responses in order to have a routine to our lives and prevent chaos.
However, harmful habits interfere with health, and happiness. We’ve all declared intentions to free ourselves of undesired habits -- smoking, excess drinking, eating junk food, procrastination, etc. – (you know the habits you want to be free of) -- but usually we find that even if we are successful, the habits often return. Why? Because we are not just dealing with a “change of mind,” we are also dealing with the physical organ through which our non-physical mind operates – our brain. And that means we are dealing with brain waves and vibrations, neurotransmitters and neurology, and all the chemicals and hormones our brain instructs our body to release.
Join us today for a fascinating subject, and find out how to deal with your undesired habits.
Kudos to you for your good habits, such as walking, exercise, meditation, eating and using healthy products, and of course, listening to this show every day.
In the last several weeks ee have interviewed numerous professionals like Susan Sneff, PhD on GMO and glyophosphates; Dr. Gaundry on APOE; and the Institute for Methylation and Bio Individualized Medicine taught a seminar covering epigenetics, methylation, gastrointestinal issues, immunology, neurotransmitters and neuropsychiatry, as well as hormonal balancing.
With all the goings-on, many people would like further information or the opportunity to ask questions. So, as I've done in the past, tonight will be your night.
At 8 PM (eastern time) on February 9, 2015, the phones will be open and Dr. Jess Armine will attempt to answer all your questions on any subject that we have covered.
I will try and have some friends standing by if I get stumped :-)
So please join us for a pleasant evening of questions and answers and bring us your tough cases and tough questions
Look forward to talking with you all
Dr. Jess :-)

Topic: Is There a Psychological Influence and Purpose Within Music?
Music rather conscious or unconscious music takes on an intricate role in our daily lives. Psychologically it it influence act and react in many ways. For example; If were to go out to dinner for a a romantic occasion, your choice of restaurant for the evening would probably be a lounge that is know for easy listening music. On the other hand if you were to be going out for a girls night out or for a good night out with your boys, you are more likely to choose a club scene know for its upbeat an highly energetic atmosphere. Why is that?... one may ask, well when the neurotransmitters known as Dopamine are released in your brain it triggers off a gratifying stimuli that influences your mood, this the same endorphin's that influences your taste buds and reactions to other feel good activities such as receiving flowers or a birthday gift.
Corporate America realizes and capitalize on the physiological potential of music all of the time, for this reason music is used in just about everything we engage in as humans. Advertising, sitcoms, movies, sport activities video games, ringtone are all the many examples of its purpose and influence that music has on the human psyche. This episode will take an analytical peak into the power of music.

We return to the Overcoming ADDversity series, part 4 of a six-part series called Manage Her Brain, Grow Her Business with Neuroscientist, Dr. Dennis Maness. Today we continue the conversation:
7 Different Job Descriptions of the Brain & Symptoms that SOMETHING is not Quite right
The role of Neurotransmitters in Relationship to the Brain
What does Behavior Relationship Entrainment MEAN?
Overcoming ADDversity is something I believe I was destined to do, but more importantly what you were destined to do.
You see, it's my belief that MANY women in business suffer from adult ADD and have NO idea how deeply it is affecting their ability to manage their brain to grow their business into a sustainable source of income NOW and create wealth for their family, for future generations to come.
Instead, we go about most days feeling like we're on the Hamster Wheel of Life. Because in addition to running a business, we're running a life: we're mothers, wives, girlfriends, sisters, sister-friends,daughters, and elder caregivers.
Dr. Dennis Maness is the Founder of BrainTek Institute in San Diego. This series is designed to focus specifically on women in business: solo women entrepreneurs with Adult ADD, what it is, how to know if YOU have it, and what to do to Overcome it.
We invite you to listen in and learn...to Manage Your Brain and Grow YOUR Business!
