Box Office Totals, Netflix Hemlock Grove
It's Monday's Box Office Totals with Tom Cruise' OBLIVION in the lead. For my Funky Q Review I talked about Sweet Karma on Netflix. I also reviewed the first few episodes of Hemlock Grove, also a Netflix original.
Orphan Black aired the 4th episode and it's still a really good show. Plus New Thor photos, Grimm moving to Tuesdays, Viola Davis in a film called Cyber, and After Earth now opening in May.

On this week's entertainment podcast Jeff and Steve do some spring cleaning to the podcast. Is it time for a name change? Believe it or not the Speed Round segment is actually speedy! Literary works - both the word kind (books) and the picture kind (comics) get discussed in a fast speed question format.
The new original series from Netflix Hemlock Grove get's praised by one of us and questioned by the other. Steve talks about his road trip to Vegas and being able to stream Netflix on his phone, including a few tips on Netflix streaming. The future of streaming with cable companies and TV channels. How would you feel about watching a Fast & Furious 19? Are all of these sequels to movies good or bad? Do we really care about Robert Downey Jr. supposedly standing up for his fellow castmates pay on Avengers 2? When there is someone else who is getting screwed in the production of these big budget movies? Just a few of the questions we answer.
And our social question this week was: "Have you ever watched a movie or TV show that made you want to read the book it was based on?" We read our fans comments and throw in a few of our own. One of us doesn't read by the way. Oh and of course Steve got to Second Base for $1.
