West Forsyth | Graduates in 2016
Warner Robins, GA
Vanderstok is so good at his craft – baseball – that it didn’t take long for the people at West Forsyth to love him after he moved from Warner Robbins, Ga., to Clemmons in January of 2014.
He arrived knowing one student at West Forsyth – Brett Saunders, the Titans’ burly designated hitter with whose family Vanderstok lives – but quicklyfound a bigger family in the West Forsyth baseball team.
But it took a little learning before the other teams in the talented Central Piedmont 4-A Conference figured out just who he was.
Mason Linker- Winston Salem Journal
Crowley’s limited coaching experience, for all practical purposes, doesn’t extend beyond two years as a graduate assistant at North Carolina in the early 1990’s and a little middle-school and youth coaching since he moved to Winston-Salem 12 years ago.
Crowley — who has freely volunteered his time over the years while serving on boards and committees, he said — has his work cut out for him.
