The Crew Elder 'D' Anchor/Co-Host Devin Miller (TX) & Commentator VJ Smith (MN) & Commentator Neva Walker (CA) & contributing guest Prophet Charles Stalling (MN) discuss with "Attorney in the House - Mis-Education of a People"
Kenneth’s government practice involves suing law enforcement personnel (police brutality) who abuse citizens. Kenneth has developed a reputation as one of the most vigorous litigators against bad insurance companies and bad cops. Insurance companies notorious for delaying and denying claims avoid lawyers whose practice expose insurance companies’ bad faith practices. Bad cops are unlikely to continue with their cruelty with Kenneth involved in a case. Why? Kenneth is a tough and relentless advocate for his clients. Bad cops and bad insurance companies should never be comfortable abusing people. Kenneth’s credentials as a community leader include work as an ordained pastor for the Apostolic Church and service in various civic organizations such as the New American Forum, The Minnesota Advocate for Human Rights, and the St. Paul Charter Commission. The Star Tribune, Pioneer Press, and various other newspapers and magazines frequently publish Kenneth’s articles.
After reviewing the candidates for Wisconsin's Attorney General it would very clear that the liberal democrat Susan Happ would be the worst person for the job. Her idea is not to defend all the laws in the State of Wisconsin, but just what she feels like and just not enforce any state laws but just what she feel like defending.
The AG is part of the executive banch of government and under the Constitution of the State of Wisconsin the executive branch of Governemnt is to just enforce the law, and not the laws that they feel like defending. now such things that Susan Happ would want to defend is just the things that protant to woman only.
To interpertate this correctly Susan happ hates all males and all children, plus the family.
Susan Happ sounds like a dictator, and is unwilling to obey the law and to enforce the laws like the AG is to do according to both the United States Constitution and Wisconsin's Constitution.

We will discuss his role as attorney general, including the office of civil rights, his role in addressing LGBT rights, and voting rights. We will also discuss "why now?” Why is he resigning during the midterm elections. We will discuss the stock market plummeting 264 points, was it because of tech stocks or something bigger? Who will replace Attorney General Eric Holder and what is his legacy as the First African American Attorney General and as the AG under the Obama Administration.
Ron Gold is the Republican candidate for Attorney General in the November 2014 election. Gold’s appearance on the show is not surprising given his position favoring the legalization of marijuana, his call for the state to craft regulations allowing for statewide distribution facilities for medical marijuana and, not too surprising for a Republican, his belief that medical marijuana distributors should be able to make a profit which is currently not allowed under California law.
His position on marijuana is in direct contrast to California’s current AG Kamela Harris who laughed at a reporter's question about marijuana legalization earlier this year. It’s no laughing matter that marijuana law reform advocates are aghast at her performance as AG.
As AG, Ms. Harris declined to join other states to remove marijuana from the DEA's list of most-dangerous substances, failed to do much to help the cannabis industry during the 2011 federal Justice Department crackdown and filed an appellate court brief arguing that it is OK to not allow any testimony that a person was following state medical marijuan law.
Kamela Harris’s narrow victory over Republican Steve Cooley was made possible in part by the overwhelming vote she received from marijuana advocates who conducted a statewide campaign dubbed “Anyone but Cooley” to get marijuana consumers to not vote for Cooley. No one believes for a second that marijuana advocates would have been better off with Cooley in office, but still there is major disappointment from the marijuana community over her lack of support.
Mr. Gold speaks about his support for legalization, what the AG’s office under his leadership would do to enhance access to medicinal marijuana for patients and why he would make an overall better AG than the current office holder.
