    Dominionist-Demonic Deception!

    There is a popular teaching in Christian circles that is actually Biblical heresy.  It is the teaching of "Dominionism."  Though some only see it as a movement to promote Christian standards in society, it is much more than that.  The bottom line is that it replaces Christ as the deliverer of mankind from the evils of sin and satan's domination with some self-appointed super-apostles.  They are so "powerful" that Jesus doesn't even need to return to earth to fix it.  They can handle it just fine.  This outrageous arrogance could be simply relegated to file 13 ignorance of unlearned people, except for the insidious false doctrine of denying the pre-millennial, personal return of Jesus Christ's bodily, and denial that the Book of the Revelation will be literally fulfilled.  Rick Joyner, Mattera, Lou Engle, Dennis Peacocke and Lance Wallnau all subscribe to the false teaching that the church must dominate "seven pillars" or "seven mountains" of society before Jesus returns.  They deny the Rapture of the Church, and actually prepose that the church no longer focus on evangelism, but on taking over society leadership roles.  Such blatant deception!  listen and learn!

    321-SWAS Review of the DANGER Report from NAR

    The National Association of Realtors recently commissioned a report titled, "Definitive Analysis of Negative Game Changers Emerging in Real Estate" or D.A.N.G.E.R. which provides feedback about several factors influencing the real estate industry. The D.A.N.G.E.R. report surveyed many participants.

    SWAS has identified many of the top issues affecting how real estate agents either succeed or fail as early as 2005.

    The report is extremely timely as so many different movements are currently being made in the real estate industry. The report admits that it does not recommend solutions and properly leaves remedies to agents, consultants and entrpreneurs.

    The First Real Estate BOB Radio Show

    321SetAppointments.com, a California sales training and business development company for real estate and insurance agents and select small businesses, is excited to do its first radio show about helping brokers find more business.

    Real Estate BOB (book of business) is an idea Rick started working on about four years at the height of the real estate and mortgage crises. No idea is ready until the time is right. And the time is now right for Real Estate BOB.

    The recent Danger Report (www.dangerreport.com), commissioned by NAR, was the green light to start BOB. That report validated many of the areas Rick identified as challenges within the real estate industry.

    Essentially, Real Estate BOB connects brokers with employers to help employees buy or sell homes. Any broker can duplicate Real Estate BOB. In fact, some brokers are already doing it. However, the missing piece is how to sell at the employer level. Real Estate BOB uses the SWAS (Selling Without Appearing to Sell) sales training system, in conjunction with real estate agents' existing professional skills to refine the sales approach.

    In the same way insurance brokers serve employers' health insurance needs, Real Estate BOB can assist employers in a similar way.
