Men you are to take the lead, to lay your life down for your family. Too many men are taking these times for granted to believing it does not matter of what good deed you do, you will see Heaven. Yes you will if you are saved but your works will be tested as 1 Cor. 3:10-17 says your works will be tested by fire, either it will be works of Gold, Silver, Bronze, Wood, Hay or Straw. This is the value of your Inheritance in the Kingdom of Heaven. Where do you think you stand because it will be “TESTED.” We at, “The Kingdom Culture Fellowship Ministries” stand as representative of the “Kingdom of GOD” to inform you Men and Woman for the sake of your families “Know Your Position In Christ.” May GOD always rule in your life through His Son Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen!

The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, from 7-8 pm ET (4-5 pm PT).
Last week we talked about how to use company culture to attract candidates, and this week we’re going to talk about engagement and the culture control panel.
Culture is increasingly a legitimate business concern in the world of work, and that means methods for measuring and managing it are more critical than ever before.
The problem is, when businesses scale at any speed, operational concerns often take priority over people concerns. When left unchecked, rapid growth “grooms” disengaged workers and then the problems mount when leaders realize how difficult it is to hire and retain top talent.
And by the way, high-performers can smell a poorly managed culture from a mile away. Add to that the fact that employee tenure continues to shrink and the prospect of building a strong, sustainable culture grows even more grim.
This week’s guest will share five important points of culture that all businesses from startups to blue chips can use to build employee engagement and improve retention — and extra profit — from day one.
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-creators and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we learn how to measure culture via engagement with this week’s guest: Josh Levine, Director of Strategy and Founder at Great Monday and Co-Founder of CultureLab.

In this episode we are going to get down and dirty and discuss the culture clashes behind the big news stories of the week. ISIL vs West and Muslim Sectarian Violence, Ukraine and Russia and the centuries long conflict there. African Americans and Parenting, Domestic Violence and Gender roles. Voter Access and Southern History. Guns and American Tradition. All of these hot button topics and many other are deeply entrench in cultural norms. We also discuss why we don't respect each others culture in America and how that is the biggest problem we face..
Pastors Will & Debbie Landy will help you understand what it means to live the culture of the Kingdom. Jesus preached and demonstrated the Kingdom but His goal was also to cause the character of God, His culture, Kingdom culture to be made manifest within each of us. The Landy's will help you discover the truth and eliminate the obstacles to Kingdom living.

Shalom everyone. Tonight the 9Mind Sacred Sisterhood Community will be addressing the subject of Culture. What is Culture? There are about seven diverse definitions for this word but here are the ones I would prefer we to focus on, address and consider.
cul·ture - 'k?lCH?r/ culture definition.
* The sum of attitudes, customs, and beliefs that distinguishes one group of people from another. Culture is transmitted, through language, material objects, ritual, institutions, and art, from one generation to the next.*
* The behaviors and beliefs and characteristics of a particular social, ethnic or age group.*
Often I here us talk about how we need an African centered or based Culture. Well what exactly does that mean? And which African culture do we pick? All of them or just certain ones? If the politicized and conscious of us know this definition and keep telling we, we (need) it, then why don't we have it yet or why havn't we seen it yet? Y'all already know that I'm known to get to the real root of a problem by simply (asking) the right questions, and then seek diligently for the right answers. Tonight will be no different. Shiloh aka El Maat will ask the right questions and you can decide if I have also supplied the right answers or do you have some better ones. Call in and let me here them. But first I will play a clip on the Franklin Cover up Scandal which was one of the most infamous child, sex, Pederast rings of the powerful and elite next only to the Atlanta Child murders of 1979 - 1981. The link is below. Read it and save it before it majically disappears.
