http://www.my-natural-motherhood-journey.com/homeschool-online.html NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) is a month long challenge for writers of all ages who wish to complete a novel in a month. That may seem like a daunting task, but with persistence and support anyone can be a NaNoWriMo Winner!
I'll be interviewing multi-NaNoWriMo winner and former editor, Batya Winniger. She'll share her tips on preparing for the month long challenge of National Novel Writing Month for children, teens and adults. She'll also share how best to edit your works at the end of the month.
You can buy the two novels of our last year winners at: https://www.createspace.com/3842290 and https://www.createspace.com/3842290
Kristan Cannon was born in Kirkland Lake, Ontario and educated in North Bay and Toronto. She is a staunch supporter of literacy, reading, and young writer's programs. She also holds a current membership with The Indie Writer's Network and is a member of the NaNoWriMo Ambassador's program.
When not researching or writing, Kristan exists for sailing her classic wooden sailboat with her cat, friends, and family... or for video games and books when snow and ice have the boat locked in its slip and she can't get away.
Many shows and articles talk about synchronicity and how it works for the better, but few have wandered into the land of how it sometimes works in the negative or at least in what appears to be the negative. In this edition of PMP KaliSara and RevKess will touch on that as well as spend some time talking about how to deal with a Mercury retrograde.
November 1 started NaNoWriMo for 2013. Once again your hosts are competing. Tune into the latter part of the show to learn more about NaNo and how you can participate.

On this special edition of the Friday Freakout, our special guest is Matthew Givens, Municipal Liaison for the Alabama River Region team for National Novel Writing Month, which starts on November 1st. We'll talk about what NaNoWriMo is and why it's known as "30 Days of Literary Abandon" as aspiring writers around the world prepare for the challenge of writing 50,000 words within the 30 days of November! (And Shirley, Co-Municipal Liaison for the River Region NaNos this year, will be trying to be successful for the fifth year in a row!) We are friends who discuss numerous topics. We are not afraid to say our opinions. We are an independent news source. We are discussing topics that will make you say what. Find all of our links at ?http://www.itsmyurls.com/amcpresslive? ? Alison is the brains of AMCPress. Frodo is the tech guy. Shirley and Janet love their Toons. Heather is not afraid to tell you how she feels. Chris is the toyman. Byron is the voice of reason. Amanda is our own TMZ.
NaNoWriMo continues, and while Belinda dashes ahead, Cara is stuck with computer issues.
We welcome two amazing authors to PKA this week! First up, Katrina Rasbold: public speaker and professional life coach. She lectures throughout Central California and provides rootworking guidance to clients from her shop, the Botánica de La Reina, in Roseville California. She is the author of thirty-one books, all available through Amazon.com, and is a pioneer of the study of Bio-Universal energy.
Then we'll chat with one of Cara's favorite authors: Viola Grace (aka Zenina Masters) a Canadian sci-fi/paranormal romance writer with ambitions to keep writing for the rest of her life. She specializes in short stories because the thrill of discovery, of all those firsts, is what keeps her writing.
An artist who enjoys a story that catches you up, whirls you around and sets you down with a smile on your face is all she endeavours to be. She prefers to leave the drama to those who are better suited to it, she always goes for the cheap laugh.
Listening to readers has gotten her this far, and with her 300th short story looming before the end of 2014, she will continue to listen in the future
Usually, I'd put all the PKA stuff here, but my computer is possessed :) Do any of you read this anyway?
With one year to go until Election Day in the United States, RevKess and KaliSara continue their ongoing coverage, from Pagan perspectives, of the Presidential race and all the baggage that can go with it. Can and often does. What stupidity will come out of which candidate this week? You've already heard some of it.Tune in for more. *wry grin*
KaliSara and RevKess may also continue talking about NaNoWriMo if time allows.
