Tribe Builder: How to build buzz and attract loyal fans for your business in less than 30 days
Tanya Paluso “Bliss”, known as the “Tribe Builder,” is the co-founder of Tribal Truth and has been coaching, leading workshops and speaking on the topics of holistic health, business, partnership and leadership for over 5 years now. After living abroad in China and Japan, she moved to New York City to begin her journey in personal development. It was there that Tanya discovered her passion for community building when she started a project to bring her colleagues at Thomson Financial together to mentor inner city girls, winning the 2006 Community Champion award out of 15,000 employees. After leaving corporate sales at Thomson to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she started the non-profit Play 4 Life, Inc. to bring nutrition into inner city schools. She also began leading corporate health workshops and working one on one with clients as a health coach. Tanya moved back to her hometown of San Diego in June 2008. While teaching business at UEI College for 2 years, she started the Women 4 Wellness events, which morphed into Tribal Truth when she partnered with Novalena Betancourt in November 2009. She is currently launching Tribal Truth in 10 cities, coaching the Tribe Builder program and speaking on various platforms to teach women collaboration and partnership.

Gary Adamson has devoted his entire career to expanding the boundaries of what’s possible. He began his career in 1978 as Vice-President of Swedish Health Systems in Denver, where he started the nation’s first and most comprehensive hospital-based wellness program and consulted with hundreds of hospitals on how to build healthier communities.
In 1983, he began a new business venture, Unison Marketing and Communications. Over the next sixteen years, Gary worked in every part of the country with health systems, hospitals, foundations, medical groups, health plans, healthcare associations and a wide-variety of businesses to develop unified innovations in strategy, operations and communications.
Through this work, he consistently found a detrimental gap between the brand promise that organizations made and the brand experience. Given this, he set out to find the most innovative thinking and best people to help solve this complex business challenge. From this, Starizon was born. In 1999, he co-founded Starizon with the purpose of helping organizations intentionally design the experiences that would significantly transform them and strengthen their brand success. To that end, he created the proprietary “6-I’s of Experience” Process, which is critical to the exploration and discovery employed with Starizon members.
JEFF OLSON has spoken to more than a thousand audiences throughout the United States and around the world. Over the past twenty years, he has helped hundreds of thousands of individuals achieve better levels of financial freedom and personal excellence.
Once known as Gorgeous George, Jeff’s career as a beach bum was full of sand and sun, and very little money. Jeff’s evolution from struggling to successful began when he tried to determine what separated him, the golf course grounds keeper, from those who spent their Tuesday afternoons leisurely enjoying the links.
He progressed from that career to a top sales manager at TI, a premier entrepreneur in solar energy to building three different sales and distribution forces from scratch to multimillion-dollar organizations. In the early ’90s, he put in place a national satellite-training program for an independent sales force by placing 30,000 individual satellite dishes in homes across the country. Based on that experience, he went on to form TPN, a company that became one of the largest personal development training companies in the nation. Through TPN, Jeff worked with such New York Times best-selling authors and legendary figures of personal development as Tony Alessandra, Les Brown, Nido Qubein, Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy and many others, producing more than 900 television programs with them and presenting seminars in every major city in the United States.
Jeff describes himself as “a perpetual student of personal development,” and he is as devoted to health and fitness as he is to personal and financial success. Jeff currently divides his time between his homes in Dallas, Texas, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
