Nate Boyer is one of the most unique NFL Draft Prospects available in the 2015 NFL Draft. He spent the last three seasons long snapping for the Longhorns. He also handled punt-snapping duties in 2013-14.
The background of how Boyer got to Texas and where he wishes to go since he left is one of the better stories you will come across. Waking up on September 11, 2001 and witnessing the horrific devastation inspired Boyer to spend nearly a decade serving our country on the front-lines.
He returned from several tours of duty to walk-on at Univsersity of Texas and eventually become the long snapper. Add in the fact that Boyer is training to become an NFL long snapper at the age of 34 makes his impressive and inspirational story that much more to take an interest in.

Tune in to another episode of "Inside the War Room" where David West will be hosting Penn State Long Snapper Dan Jordan. Typically, this is not a positon that does not get much attention but one bad snap can turn the tide of a game so it is essential to have a reliable player at this position. Follow Dan Jordan and NFL Draft War Room on twitter @SnapYouLongTime & @NFLDraftWRoom respectively. Have you missed a recent interview? Check out the interview archives here: http://www.nfldraftwarroom.com/interviews.html
In this episode we are first talking with Nick Mutton. We will be discussing his current research project and how you can help him out with collecting data,
We will also be talking all about the North east carpet fest.
On this episode we will be talking about one of the most under rated pythons of the carpet complex. The bredli python. When I think of bredlis I think of one person Nick Mutton of Inland Reptiles. We will be talking about natural history, how they diverged from carpet pythons, keeping and breeding and of course some of the morphs. Nick works with the most genetically diverse group of Morelia bredli in the US. I have a feeling that this will be one of those episodes that people will listen to over and over again.
Jake Tripucka, second-year midfielder for Major League Lacrosse's Charlotte Hounds, discusses with Lacrosse Lounge host Phil Shore (Lacrosse Magazine, New England Lacrosse Journal) what it's like for him to to be a professional lacrosse player and what's going on with the Hounds after five games in the 2014 season.
Tripucka comes from a family of professional athletes. His grandfather, Frank, was a quarterback in the NFL, AFL and CFL, and his No. 18 jersey was retired by the Denver Broncos (before Tripucka gave his approval for Peyton Manning to wear it in 2012). His father, Kelly, played in the NBA from 1981 to 1991 and is a two-time All-Star. His brother, Travis, is a free agent long snapper in the NFL.
Tripucka helped Duke win two NCAA Division 1 national championships in 2010 and 2013 and was a big part of Charlotte's run to the 2013 MLL Championship game.
