On 8/6, the eve before the TN Primary, we are privileged to have Mr Jerry Lowery as our guest on Fair Tax Time Radio. A candidate for US House in Tennessee’s 6th District, Jerry hopes to unseat the incumbent, Diane Black. He is right out front with his stances on issues and makes no bones about being a Christian, a Navy Veteran, a teacher and administrator, and a strong Fair Tax advocate. Married for 28 years, Jerry has 2 sons and one grandson.
We have also invited other candidates and elected officials supportive of the Fair Tax to join us so that we may thank them for their support. We hope to have many of Jerry’s friends and followers with us, too.
Fair Tax Time is brought to you commercial free each Wednesday evening, 6PM Pacific time, 9PM Eastern, by the host John Wesley Nobles. You may listen on your computer or on your phone. Dial (619) 393-6478 or, if you’re charged for long disance, use our toll-free line: (888) 436-1206. Just follow instructions when the nice British lady answers.

As the Real Food Revivalist, I believe that many of the "modern" diseases of our society are the result of factors that we can influence or control. On this show we talk about real food for real life. How to make changes that matter. It is time to get back to an ancestral way of eating and stop taking our nutrition advice from those who are not science-based.
One-on-one consultations provided local and long distance, in person or via the telephone or internet.
I use Real Food nutrition and quality supplementation to help improve and reverse many chronic health conditions.
My plan will help you uncover hidden food sensitivities, detect candida overgrowth, dysbiosis, and leaky gut. You will have a solid plan to heal your digestive tract and restore health and vitality.

Writer and editor Amy Lyles Wilson believes it is the sharing of our stories that saves us. Toward that end, she facilitates workshops and retreats designed to encourage people to write their hearts out. Her main themes of interest are creativity, grief, and spirituality.
Wilson, a native of Mississippi now living in Nashville, Tennessee, has twenty-five years of experience in the publishing world, having worked for such industry innovators as Whittle Communications and Rutledge Hill Press. She has been a magazine columnist and blogger, and has co-authored or contributed to nine books. Her work has appeared in a variety of publications, and she holds degrees in English, journalism, and theology. Her essay “The Guts to Keep Going” was featured on National Public Radio’s “This I Believe.”
The death of her father, the man she calls “the first love of her life,” in 2000 took her breath away and caused Wilson to seek relief in the written word. In response, she is at work on a book about the serendipitous gifts of grief.
Wilson has been a contributor to Weavings: A Journal of the Christian Spiritual Life and The Spire, and a columnist for Her Nashville and the Northside Sun Magazine. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Dept. of Journalism at the University of Mississippi, and the board of Women’s National Book Association’s Nashville chapter.
In 2013, she taught writing and served as the writer-in-residence at the Earlham School of Religion. You can learn more at www.amylyleswilson.com.
