To proclaim to be righteous and support capitalism , you would be contradicting yourself. To be a revolutionary and support capitalism, is a contradiction. If you support capitalism, and are not in the process of changing the ways of the system, you might be an accomplice to murder. We will present the case.

March of the Titan's Chapter IV: Racial strains from outside Europe
Fran Lewis and the World of Ink would like to welcome Tom Saywer the head writer of Murder She Wrote to talk about his career, working on the show and his latest five star release: Cross Purposes where we meet Private Investigator Barney Moon and a cast of characters you just won't forget.
Manhattan Private Investigator Barney Moon can hack, charm or con his way into or out of damned-near anything. Barney is driven - to solve cases, nail bad guys, and to anyplace not reachable via the NY Subway.
Barney never learned to drive. And, like most born/bred New Yorkers, he regards pretty much anywhere else as "Out-of-Town."But there is one place for which he has a particular, lifelong aversion: Los Angeles, California (which he thinks of as an Alien Planet). And - guess where he finds himself stranded?
In CROSS PURPOSES, a case takes the reluctant Barney and his driver, Al Drobowsky to Los Angeles to obtain a single fingerprint. Things quickly get complicated. That night, of what by then seems sure to be only two in Tinseltown, Al learns he must immediately return to Brooklyn.
Steve Shukis: POISONED: Arsenic is a metallic element that forms a number of poisonous compounds. Arsenic is found in nature. It can be found in compounds with oxygen, chorine and sulfur. These types of compounds are called inorganic arsenic compounds. When arsenic is in plants and animals it combines with carbon and hydrogen. This is noted as organic arsenic and is usually not as harmful as inorganic. The scary part is that most of these compounds have no smell or special taste. Some are used to preserve wood and others are used to make insecticides and weed killers. Imagine learning that the Food and Drug Administration released early results of an investigation of arsenic levels in rice.Herman Billik was said to be a Bohemian fortuneteller and quite familiar with arsenic and arsenic poisoning. Listen to the evidence: Innocent or guilty
Tonight's Guest is Tanjila Lippett, the mother of murdered Karvas Gamble Jr.. Karvas Gamble Jr. was murdered on January 16, 2013 by agents of the Orlando Police Department (OPD) - namely Detective Chris Bigelow.
According to news articles, "A grand jury investigated the death of then 19-year-old Karvas Gamble Jr., after being shot at a recording studio by Orlando police officers, and found no probable cause to charge the officers involved.
The grand jury did, however, admonish the department, saying the shooting "should not have happened."
"We appreciate the work of the grand jury we will continue to evaluate info provided there in and make appropriate changes," Sgt. Roger Brennan said.
In January, eight officers entered a recording studio on Arlington Street after getting a drug tip.
The officers opened firing, shooting two men. One man was hurt and another, Karvas Gamble, was killed.
The grand jury blamed the shooting on poor police planning and communication.
The investigation found that the men couldn't hear police officers because of their loud music and could not see their uniforms because of the lack of light.
Drugs and guns were found in the recording studio."
To this day, there have been no arrest in the shooting death of Karvas Gamble Jr. Also joining us tonight is Mr. Kareem Gamble (Karvas's Brother) who witnessed the shooting death of his brother, and the Pastor of Garden of Praise Ministries where the incident occurred. The pastor's son was also shot in this altercation.
LET'S GET READY TO EVOLVE INTO HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS...
Tonight is an introduction to next week's show Legalized Murder. Next week I will have as my guest a Viet Nam Combat War Veteran I met recently. WE were discussing the U.S. re-engagement of military forces in Iraq. And he said, yeah, more legalized murder. So tonight I am going to look at the philosophy of war and the progression from war to defense and prepare the way for me to discuss war as legalized murder with an actual combat war veteran.
Tune in on Wednesday October 22, at 8 PM CDT (What is Central Daylight Time?). We will be discussing the Russ Faria case with Michael Corbin and Mary Anderson. Michael is one of four friends of Faria that was implicated by the prosecution in this case. Mary is Faria’s cousin and family spokesperson.
We will be taking calls during the second half of the show. Please call (347) 850-1478 with questions and comments about the case.
Russell Faria was convicted in 2013 of murdering his wife in 2011. Faria was convicted despite the fact he had a rock solid alibi. Four witnesses testified that Faria was with them watching movies at the time of the murder. Gas station security cameras and a fast food receipt also confirm Faria’s whereabouts on the evening of the murder. The prosecution had no answers for the alibi witnesses so they turned on them, shockingly implicating all four in the crime. If these four witnesses attempted to help Faria get away with murder then why have they not been charged with a crime? They would all like to know the answer to that question as well. All four have been outspoken in this case and would like answers about the allegations made against them. At the same time, all four continue to fight for the freedom of Russ Faria.
The judge in the case also suppressed evidence about another possible suspect that just happened to be a beneficiary of the victim’s life insurance policy. Two jurors have now come forward asking for answers, wondering why they were not told about this important evidence.
Was Russ Faria convicted of a crime he had nothing to do with or was this a case of four friends that all conspired to help a fellow friend get away with murder? Tune in to hear the details of this compelling case.
