Muddervation is about much more than exercise- it's about creating breakthroughs in every area of your life.
I believe intense, consistent physical exercise to be one of the most important disciplines I have ever engaged in. Discipline in this area has caused a ripple effect in every significant area of my life.
In 2010, after nearly five months of a sedentary lifestyle, I exercised at least 30 minutes per day every day for 78 days straight. Since that time I have maintained a minimum of 45 minutes per day, five days a week. Somewhere along the way I registered for my first Tough Mudder- it changed my life.
