    Actor and Motorcycle Builder Dan Grizzly Adams Haggerty

    Refill your favorite cup of coffee and enjoy Garrison’s conversation with actor Dan Haggerty, best known as Grizzly Adams in the title role of the 1974 Sunn Classic Pictures feature, The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams. From this feature film evolved the NBC television series which ran from 1977 to 1978.  Haggerty, a former animal trainer, stunt expert and animal handler directed white tigers, wolverines, eagles and wild boar and was a celebrity motorcycle builder before the craft was popularized in reality TV shows.  


    We’ll also take an online road trip down to New Jersey to talk with Mustache Bill Smith, owner of Mustache Bill’s Diner located at 8th and Broadway, Barnegat Light, Long Beach Island, NJ 08006

    My guest this week is Felicia Morgan, a free spirited contributing editor for Thunder Press magazine. Felicia spends her life on the road, going wherever the action is. She photographs and reports on events and in doing so became involved with the Motorcycle Cannonball Ride. Felicia not only reports on motorcycle events but she loves every aspect of it. She rides a bagger but is reporting on Chopperfest and stopping to visit antique motorcycle riding friends on the way. Her writing style draws you in to her experience in a way that makes you feel like you were there but don’t be fooled. This Big hearted woman will swat you like a Mama Grizzly Bear if you get out of line….

He has just released a book called, Fun Cycle which focuses on the 75th Anniversary of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, in conjunction with the history, culture, and memoirs from the 50'th Anniversary Sturgis Rally.

    The Motorcycle Profiling Project with Double D

    My guest this week is David “Double D” Deveroux. Double D  created the Motorcycle Profiling Project to track and coordinate efforts to combat all instances of motorcycle profiling. He is a motorcycle rights activist from Washington State, and a leading advocate for laws addressing the issue of motorcycle profiling in America. Double D spearheaded the effort in Washington as spokesperson for the movement. He also represents the Washington State Confederation of Clubs (C.O.C.), is on the NCOM Legislative Task Force, runs the US Defenders National Office, is a member of BOLT, and he is a member or supporter of ABATE, the MRF, and the AMA.
