Discussing monotheism vs Polytheism. Most believe that it was progress when monotheism replaced Polytheism especially with with the arrival of Christianity.
I argue here that on the contrary, that polytheism was the advanced form of deism and when monotheism came on the scene this was a giant leap backwards and the beginning of full on mass social control based on fear and hate. That prior to monotheism people were of a much more individual character more free more creative more tolerant and far LESS primitive than they became especially with the advent of Christianity.
Just as Christianity has been infiltrated by pagan sun god worship and practices so has Judaism.
In fact the concept that is held so dear to Judaism of monotheism is pure pagan and was added to Judaism hundreds of years prior to the birth of Yeshua (Jesus Christ of Nazareth).
You need to know this history so that you will understand Who's Who in the Godhead.

History of Jehovah's Witnesses
Who is Jesus Christ?
Is God really triune?
Does the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses present the true biblical gospel of Jesus Christ?
In this episode, Sacerdotus speaks on the Holy Trinity. He explains where the dogma came from and how it is rooted in Sacred Scripture. The Holy Trinity is a dogma that no one can truly grasp due to the finite limits of the human mind. However, Sacerdotus uses psychology and logic to explain how God can be three Divine persons in one.
God is too immense to be truly understood in totality by the human mind via reason. We rely on the information given to us via Christ, Sacred Scripture, Tradition, faith and reason in order to understand this unity of persons in one God to the best of our ability.
Sacerdotus makes it clear that there is only ONE God while being Divine Persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He counters objections made but Jehovah's Witnesses, Muslims and others who believe the Trinity is a form of polytheism.
Tonight we go over the pagan monotheism Christianity, Jesus and his crucifixion..."why, me, why? "
God and his mental illness.
Who are the Angels and why did they sit on their asses.
In this re-airing, blogger Sacerdotus responds to the fallacious argument of 3000 gods that atheists often use. They claim that since mankind has a variety of "gods," that theists are atheist to the rest of these gods that they do not believe in or worship. Sacerdotus explains this argument and shows using history, anthropology, philosophy, psychology and logic to show that this argument is bunk and shows the ignorance atheists have regarding what "God" really is. He explains why there are so "many gods" in human cultures throughout the world and how this does not contradict monotheism in the sense atheists believe it does.
Join Devin & Melissa Pellew as they discuss topics related to biblical theology, Christian apologetics and worldview issues. This week our special guest will be Dr. Win Corduan. Dr. Corduan is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and Religion at Taylor University and is the author of several books, including Philosophy of Religion (co-authored with Dr. Norman Geisler), Neighboring Faiths, No Doubt About It: Case for Christianity, and Islam: A Christian Introduction. We will be discussing Dr. Corduan's new book, In The Beginning God: A Fresh Look At The Case for Original Monotheism. What is the origin of religion in the human race? Is monotheism (the belief in one God or Deity) a new concept? We will be looking back at a lot of history and philosophy to answer these and other questions. Please join us for this enlightening discussion and feel free to join our chat room and to call into the show with your questions for Dr. Corduan.
God is often conceived as the Supreme Being and principal object of faith. In theism, God is the creator and sustainer of the universe. In deism, God is the creator (but not the sustainer) of the universe. In pantheism, God is the universe itself. The concept of God as described by theologians commonly includes the attributes of omniscience (infinite knowledge), omnipotence (unlimited power), omnipresence (present everywhere), omnibenevolence (perfect goodness), divine simplicity, and eternal and necessary existence. Monotheism is the belief in the existence of one God or in the oneness of God. God has also been conceived as being incorporeal (immaterial), a personal being, the source of all moral obligation, and the "greatest conceivable existent".
There are many names for God, and different names are attached to different cultural ideas about who God is and what attributes possessed. In the ancient Egyptian era of Atenism, possibly the earliest recorded monotheistic religion premised on there being one "true" Supreme Being and Creator of the Universe, this deity is called Aten. In the Hebrew Bible "He Who Is," "I Am that I Am", and the "Tetragrammaton" YHVH are used as names of God, while Yahweh, and Jehovah are sometimes used in Christianity as vocalizations of YHVH. In Arabic and other Semitic language, the name Allah, "Al-El," or "Al-Elah" ("the God") is used. Muslims regard a multitude of titular names for God, while in Judaism it is common to refer to God by the titular names Elohim or Adonai, the latter of which is believed by some scholars to descend from the Egyptian Aten. In Hinduism, Brahman is often considered a monistic deity. Other religions have names for God, for instance, Baha in the Bahá'í Faith,[Waheguru in Sikhism, and Ahura Mazda in Zoroastrianism.

The Mystery School Hour with Ortrun Franklin @ 8 PM EST
Topic: Tell el Amarna - The Temple of ONE
Join Ortrun in continuing the Nile initiatory temple journey. Two hundred and fifty miles north of Luxor, we find the temple complex of Tell el Amarna, visited by only a few. Akhenaten was known to be the rebel Pharaoh, abandoning polytheism and embracing monotheism. This is the first assurgency of monotheism. His city was built to honor Aten, the Sun god. Although, none of the structures remain, during meditation we’ll energetically tune into the frequencies of Oneness. We’ll climb the stairway leading to the altar dedicated to Aten (the Sun), then connect with the life giving energy of the Divine SUN, of which you are a microcosm.
The Spirit Realm and Ascension with Carl Franklin @ 9 PM EST

Todays show, we will discuss the many Gods of the past and present, that some of us once believed in and some still believe in to this day. What happen to the likes of Thor and Zeus? We went from polytheism to a monostheism...why? We once had a God for everything. It seems like the present God is too busy and has trouble with multitasking? Does he need help, like in a polytheistic system. Join in on the discussion.
