During the Vietnam War, the United States military sprayed millions of gallons of Agent Orange and other herbicides on trees and vegetation. Several decades later, concerns about the health effects from these chemicals continue. One of the groups impacted by Agent Orange Dioxin poisoning is the servicemen who were at sea. These brave men are often referred to as Blue Water Navy, which includes Coast Guard and Fleet Marine personnel. Although it has been over forty years, there are still so many servicemen as well as their offspring who continue to suffer due to Agent Orange Dioxin poisoning. While the United States Veterans Administration offers “eligible Veterans”, a free Agent Orange Registry health exam to assess possible long-term health problems related to exposure, gathering the information is quite a task. However, there are people out there who are doing everything they can to help our veterans get the help that they need. In this segment of The Organic View Radio Show, host, June Stoyer talks to Mr. John J. Bury, a retired US Navy and Vietnam War Veteran. He is going to talk about Agent Orange Dioxin poisoning and his work as an advocate, helping others that have also been affected.

On this episode of the Yanks Go Yard Radio Show, brought to you by KNODA.com, host and senior staff writer RIcky Keeler gives his take on the latest free agent news including the moves made by the Boston Red Sox to sign 3B Pablo Sandoval and SS Hanley Ramirez. Does Ricky think the Yankees need to respond and what does he think of the Red Sox spending near $200 million on two players?
Our first guest for this show is Chris Carelli, the former editor of Yanks Go Yard and founder of The Baseball Stance to discuss his thoughts on what the Yankees should do going forward. Plus, is there more pressure on the Yankees to bring back Chase Headley now that Sandoval is off the free agent market? They will also discuss whether or not they believe Jon Lester will be going back to the Red Sox.
At 9:30 PM ET, Scott Alfano, writer at Yanks Go Yard and the new co-editor at Marlin Maniac joins the show to continue our talk from last week on the Giancarlo Stanton contract. What were his thoughts on the deal and does it change the way teams will spend money to keep their home-grown talent? Does it mean that the Yankees will now have to put more focus on the farm system in the future? Plus, what does Scott see the Marlins doing as their next move this winter?
