The Walk To Fight Arthritis is The Arthritis Society's signature fundraising event. It is being held June 10th in various cities across Canada. The Walk is sponsored by the makers of TYLENOL. Please consider walking and/or donating to this worthy cause. The Arthritis Society is by far the best resource for accurate information about arthritis. Since I developed arthritis at the age of 5, my mother dealt with them a lot. She says that they were the most important resource she had. &q

Mississauga, Ontario – The old mentality of reaching a certain age or accumulating a certain amount of money in order to retire is quickly changing. For many Baby Boomers retirement is something to fear. Where will they continue to find joy and purpose in their life?
“Clients often come to me with the belief that they’ve reached the end of the line,” says life coach Iris Hainstock. “What if that wasn’t true? What if we could pull all your strengths from your experience and apply them to a new job or even a new business?”
Hainstock is the founder of Boundless Horizons Coaching, a retirement, re-career and life transition coaching company dedicated to helping baby boomers create their ideal retirement or find a new career doing something they love.
“When someone wakes up in the morning, they want to feel that they have a purpose, but many people are only skimming the surface of their lives,” says Hainstock. “I ask the powerful questions to draw from you your strength and your deeper wisdom.”
In session, Hainstock employs a tool developed by renowned adult behaviorist Dr. Richard P. Johnson that evaluates your attitude and behavior to deliver an assessment that’s both personal and relevant.
“It’s about finding what really engages them and what their values are,” says Hainstock. “Are they living their life according to their values or are they living their life against their values?”
The real coaching, however, happens between sessions when the client takes their thoughts, ideas, strengths and plans and puts them it to action.
“Success is so different for each client, like a fingerprint,” says Hainstock. “I don’t define success for my clients. My clients will define success for themselves.”

Phil Jelinowski is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer and sound designer from Mississauga, Ontario. He started making music in the late 90s and was influenced by electronic music artists such as Nine Inch Nails, Legion of Green Men, Download, Coil, Delerium and Front Line Assembly. Wire Fences is Phil’s first electronic music project which was founded in 2008 as a creative outlet and as a means of coping with and escaping the harsh realities of life.
Phil was heavily influenced by the poet and writer Charles Bukowski and his music explores some of the same themes such as misanthropy, imprisonment, escapism, surrogacy; vicarious living and social issues such as poverty, drug addiction, alcoholism, and domestic violence.
Wire Fences is completely independent, choosing not to be exclusively affiliated with any particular label. As a result, I rely heavily on support from listeners like you. The music is free to copy and redistribute. All I ask is for you to help me spread the word. Comments and feedback are welcome.
