College Sporting News named Mike Niam to the 2012 FCS Preseason All-America Teams. Wofford's linebacker eventually missed a few games during the course of his senior season hampering his chances of making first team, but did make second team All-SoCon. Niam is athletic enough to drop back in coverage while preserving the interior with his excellent ball hawking skills stuffing the inside. The Hudson, OH native leaves the Terriers defense with 274 tackles (6.2 per game), three interceptions and five forced fumbles.

As the legislative session enters its final two weeks, we'll visit with our "man in the house" Mike Moon for a last minute update on what's going on. A flurry of activity always heralds the end of the session, and this year is no exception. Have questions or concerns? Call and speak with Mike.
Then, we will be joined by Representative Mike Kelley (District 127, Carthage, Lamar, Stockton Lake). Mike has introduced the First Informer Broadcasters Act (HB 296 (which see)). We'll discuss this item with Mike and see what it's all about. The bill's been passed by the House and sits in a Senate Committee. Read the bill at house.mo.gov.
