Nika Michelle is originally from NC and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. Her love for books started at a very young age and inspired her passion for writing. Blessed with a vivid imagination, she would share her short stories with her classmates in middle and high school. In 2002 she graduated from Fayetteville State University with a BA in Communications and English/Literature. During her time in college she completed her first novel "Forbidden Fruit", an urban tale that spins a web of love, lust and greed. Her other titles include Forbidden Fruit II: A New Seed, Forbidden Fruit 3: The Juice, Forbidden Fruit 4: The Last Drop, Forbidden Fruit 5: The Final Taste, Black Butterfly, Black Onyx: The Sequel to Black Butterfly, Black Magic: Book 3 of the Black Butterfly Series, Black Lace: Book 4 of the Black Butterfly Series, Zero Degrees 1, 2 and 3 (collaboration with Leo Sullivan), The Nookie Ain't Free, The Nookie Still Ain't Free, The Empress, Bout That Life: Diablo's Story (A Forbidden Fruit Prequel) and Love In the A 1 and 2 (A Forbidden Fruit Spin Off). Ms. Williams began singing in her church choir, performing her first solo on "Blessed Assurance" at the age of seven at the St. Paul Church of God in Christ in her hometown of Rockford, IL. Williams released her fourth studio album. Entitled Journey To Freedom, mid-2014.

Michelle Stimpson is an author, a speaker, and an educator who received her Bachelor of Science degree from Jarvis Christian College in 1994. She earned a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002. She has had the pleasure of teaching elementary, middle, and high school as well as training adults.
In addition to her work in the field of education, Michelle ministers through writing and public speaking. Her works include the highly acclaimed Boaz Brown, Divas of Damascus Road (National Bestseller), and Falling Into Grace. She has published several short stories for high school students through her educational publishing company, Right Track Academic Support Services, at www.wegottaread.com.
Michelle serves in women’s ministry at her home church, Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship,in Dallas, TX. She regularly speaks at special events and writing workshops sponsored by churches, schools, book clubs and other positive organizations, and she has taught writing classes at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Michelle lives near Dallas with her husband, their two teenage children, and one crazy dog.
