An interview with Hareston Clay, an R&B singer who just came out with his music recently. I will talk with him about his journey into being a romantic singer artist, about on his passion, and his fan page info and where to purchase his music, and his inspiring message to others.
Leonard Todd is the author of CAROLINA CLAY, the story of the slave potter known as Dave. Newsweek calls it “a fascinating account.” Publishers Weekly describes it as “a sweeping tale of the South itself.” It was a finalist for The National Award for Arts Writing, and it won the South Carolina Center for the Book Award for Writing. It is published by W. W. Norton.
Born in South Carolina, Leonard was educated at Yale University. He is a former Fulbright Scholar to France. He lived for many years in New York City, where he began his writing career with travel articles, short stories, and novels for young adults. Two of his novels, set in areas of the South that he knew well as a boy, were optioned for film productions.
Author Leonard Todd will be talking with us about the great ceramic artisan known as “Dave,” who lived in South Carolina during the 19th century. He was a potter, a poet, and a slave.
For many years, very few details were known about this enigmatic man. Leonard, however, discovered a startling personal link to him and set out to uncover his story. The prize-winning book, CAROLINA CLAY, is the result.
Leonard now lives with his wife, a poet, in Edgefield, South Carolina, where he recently wrote the book, lyrics, and music for his first theatrical musical, SUNNY DAY, which had its premiere at the Edgefield County Theatre Company.
Leonard has told Dave’s story to audiences at the Smithsonian, at Oxford, on National Public Radio, and today he will be telling it to us.
For many years Marijuana has been the subject of many controversial issues. It is a natural plant, but has been called the gateway to more potent drugs, and worse for you than alcohol.
Now the medical field has realized the benefits of pot, and we will discuss this and how the legalization is almost eminent.
This off schedule episode will be centered around this one story.
We'll have our general news and comment, but we're breaking our week long vacation to cover this particular story.
Regular programming will return February 15th, 2016 10pm EST.
What is intentionally left out of White Supremacist coverage of this story is that her biological father used her as a rape slave for profit.
This started when she was 12 years old.
She was arrested for robbing potential pedophile rapists from backpage. This is the only thing these media outlets care about, is criminalizing her to justify her being sentenced to 9 years behind a cage where grown men will trusted to be alone around her with authority.

Tonight Michael Murphy returns to the show.
In tonight's discussion Michael will fills us in on what is potentially the most difficult environmental test in history to conclusively prove that the on-going aerosol spraying program is not simply contrails but a very dangerous mix of chemicals which is disrupting and impacting our collective health and well-being and resulting in world wide damage to the environment.
The test will be performed by paragliders at 30,000 feet which is the same altitude commercial airlines fly at. The air samples from the spraying will be collected by the paragliders and later analyzed to assess the content of the aerosols. There will be several test performed in order to gather as much data as possible. The results of the testing will set the stage for legal action in an effort to halt the UN climate change agenda of implementing carbon taxing which is designed to monetize the very air we breath.
The Total Tutor Neil Haley and Coach Karen Hall will interview Notre Dame Basketball Legend Dwight Clay.
With three and a half minutes left in the game, the Irish were trailing by 11 points when they began an aggressive press that caught UCLA off guard. Notre Dame won the next 12 points, spurred by the play of center John Shumate (24 points), guard Gary Brokaw (25 points) and Dwight Clay, who scored the winning two points on a jump shot from the right corner, with 29 seconds remaining. When Walton missed a 12-foot shot in the final seconds, the game was over–as was UCLA’s long streak of wins. Many in the stunned crowd of 11,343 at Notre Dame’s Athletic and Convocation Center rushed onto the court to congratulate Coach Digger Phelps and the victorious players. “This was great for college basketball,” Phelps told the press. “I’m sure everyone was rooting for us the way they used to root against the New York Yankees.” It was the second big Irish upset that season, coming just three weeks after Notre Dame’s football team beat Alabama in a thrilling Sugar Bowl to gain the No. 1 spot.
