We've certainly heard the phras, "It's to die for".  Perhaps you can say the same for Dave's Killer Bread.  The company had the best in bread.  Organic, lots of grains and no high fructose corn syrup.  Plenty of varieties to choose from.  Looks like an excuse to create sandwiches just to eat it.  Maybe man CAN live by bread alone. Gabrielle Enfield, Brand Manager at Dave’s Killer Bread will tell us all while I make a sandwich.

Queens College's Women's Basketball team in Flushing, NY made it into the Eastern Conference of the NCAA but took a loss in the first round of playoffs.  Nevertheless, this team had a winning season with lots of Kudos including a nostalgic game against Immaculata at Madison Square Garden.

Elizabeth Gully, Captain of the team, will give us a recap of the season and her experiences.

When it comes to classical music composers, the names of men such as Bach and Mozart come to mind.  Are there any women who have done some compositions?  New York composer Debra Kaye has honed her craft collaborating with musicians of Manhattan's dynamic new music community.  Debra will talk about her debut album, AND SO IT BEGINS as will we feature a few of her pieces.

Spencer Day will be featured at a show taking place in Queens, along with the Queens Symphony Orchestra. It will be an evening of Frank Sinatra.  That doens't mean he either looks or sounds like him.  We will hear about his jazz singing career.

At Queens College, the college that is part of the City University of New York, summer camp has two special topics: sports and theatre. Director  Brian Demaster will tell us about the programs as well as the advantage of being held on a college campus.  The theatre programs are being held at an elementary school and the sports being held at the college's gym.

The Queens College women's basketball team aka  Knights, are at a 4-0 in the Eastern Conference.  Much is due to a sister team of Madison and MacKenzie Rowland both scoring doubles-doubles.  Madison has gotten much kudos and awards these days.  Next game will be played as Madison Square Garden against Immaculata.  Why?  It's the 40 anniversary of the 1975 game that first got women's basketball into MSG thanks to former Head Coach Lucille Kyvallos.

It will be the first time that this present team will be playing at MSG.  Let's hear from Madison.
