In keeping with our discussions on health, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, join us this evening as we discuss Mental Illnesses and the stigmas associated. We are live from Delaware State Univerity's School of Social Work, for two shows, courtesy Dr. Tina Jordan. In addition to identifying some of the most common mental illnesses, we will examine the possible etiologies, barriers to seeking and receive services, available resources and the alarming increase in suicide, espcially amongst teens. Also joining us will be Barbara Fair, LCSW-C, and Trina Brooks.

Dr. David Hardy is the Assistant Director of Operations at Apex Brain Centers and a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. Since our show focuses on all aspects of Behavioral Health it was important to bring on a guest that could share their professional expertise in regards to brain functioning and how this affects mental health. We also veer into how our addiction to technology – Facebook, cell phones, and social media in general affects our brain chemistry and emotional well-being.

Join me and learn about the false protections we place in our hearts to keep us safe from hurt. I will explain the reasoning why we do this and what purpose we believe it serves. Using unique techniques I will walk with you to help you remove the barriers and live in the peace you were always meant to live in now. Knowing why these barriers are there, is not as important as why we refuse to remove them. They truly are a false sense of protection and once you learn how to energetically align in protection you will no longer fall in traps of hard heart. Release with me today and feel again.. peace, joy and freedom now.
IMMEDIATELY following PRESIDENT OBAMA's town hall "GUNS IN AMERICA" meeting on CNN w/ ANDERSON COOPER we discuss the uspoken role of RACE in the GUN CONTROL debate with SPECIAL GUEST, MARK CARMAN, founder of AMERICAN COALITION OF RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNERS (ARGCO) and SHELLEY WYNTERS. What if the militia/thugs that took over the federal building in OREGON were BLACK? How would the government respond? Will the President's executive orders enacting GUN CONTROL initiative such as background checks on ALL GUN SALES really help in Black communities like CHICAGO, PHILADELPHIA, & DETROIT? Why did the Democratic candidates support the president's executive order, but the GOP candidates vowed to repeal it? MENTAL DIALOGUE still Asking the Questions America's Afraid to Ask.
