Today on the Galloway Truckers Chapel, Mr. Ferguson talks about the analogy of children holding on a thin line. That corresponds to the protective hand of God. He speaks of the different forms of Gods safety line. He describes the different forms of safety and free will. He Also speaks of how God wants to bind us together into his safety zone. And speaks of Gods forgivness.

We continue to ask the question, “What is it about the Black Man that is so threatening”? This second part series is to continue what was not discussed before.
In the events of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, and other young men, it was related that they displayed actions to be threatening, and were gunned down as a result. But what about the Black man in everyday life? One who holds down his responsibility to his family, his career, and to his community – what threat does he garner to others in everyday life? How does society close the door on the stereotypes that seem to follow BLACK MEN?
On this week’s episode of Hot Topics Talk Radio, we will address these questions with Black men who will give us raw and untamed answers.
Please join us on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 9:00pm PDT/ 11:00pm CDT/ 12:00 Midnight EDT, for “MEN RAW: The Threat of the Black Man”.

Ron Fritsch has written and published four novels set at the end of prehistory. Agriculture and the settled living of humans in villages and towns were new to the world. Humans were about to invent writing. Humanity was on the brink of what we call “civilization” and “history.”
The titles in this epic, allegorical adventure (and the years of their publication) are: Promised Valley Rebellion (2010), Promised Valley War (2011), Promised Valley Conspiracy (2012), and Promised Valley Peace (2013).
When the stories begin, prehistoric farmers inhabit a fertile river valley they believe their gods promised them in return for their good behavior and obedience. Their enemies, hunters roaming the mostly barren hills beyond the mountains enclosing the valley, believe their gods gave it to them.
Then one farmer who’s just come of age chooses not to kill, with his well-aimed arrow, a young hunter. The always curious son of farmers figures out how to cross over the border unseen and “go with” his equally adventuresome adversary instead.
Although both of their peoples welcome men who “go with” men, as well as women who wish to live with women, the youthful farmer and hunter are “eternal” enemies who know they’re committing treason every moment they’re together.
The four Promised Valley novels ask whether civilization and history, with their countless heaven-sanctioned wars and genocides, could’ve begun differently.
Sometimes it takes a literal change in perspective to change our mental perspective. Once we remove ourselves from all foolishness, life gets better and you will start to uncover a love for self that will become unbreakable.
