Seton Hall Sports Poll Podcast Promo

    in Professional

Established in 2006, the Seton Hall Sports Poll is the nation's only college-based poll addressing issues of the day from the world of sports.

Sponsored by The Sharkey Institute and emanating from the college's renowned Still School of Business, the poll has surveyed the nation's populous on matters of interest, such as PED use, gambling, public funding, payments to college athletes, effectiveness of sports officials, popularity of key sports figures, and much more.

As colleges like Marist and Quinnipiac survey political questions, Seton Hall provides valuable insights for sponsors, governmental leaders, sports officials and fans.'

The poll meets all criteria for polling standards, including wide spread use of cellphone calling, which makes certain to include younger people in the samplings.  The call are randomly dialed across the country and weighted as required to deliver accepted standard results, usually with a 3-4% margin of error.

The poll is directed by Rick Gentile, former Vice President of CBS Sports and a member of the Seton Hall faculty.  Rick began his career at the Elias Sports Bureau, his first immersion into the statistics that are sports.

    in Romance

Yep!! we are gonna go there!  We are gonna discuss the infamous "HALL PASS".  This is when your significant other gives you a pass to step out on the relationship once in a while.  It's been a big topic of conversation since the whole "Toya and Memph Hitz" story broke out.  She's been called all types of names but, is it really that serious? Is this a tradgedy for woman kind.   If the man gets a hall pass, should the ladies get a hall pass as well?  Do the ladies even want one? This should be a good one!  Cant wati to hear the ladies and gents respond to these answers.  Last week we tackled the whole cell phone password issue and it was so intense we ran out of time and never got a chance to hear from the Doc, so we will revisit that conversation another time.  However, This topic, this one is really gonna be something to tune in to.   We would love to hear your opinion! Call us @ 6467164983 tune in at http://tobtr.com/s/8081715

Live Interview With LaQuisha Hall CEO & Founder of Couture'd Confidence

    in Christianity

Who empowers her community through mentoring girls, uplifting abuse survivors and blogging about looking and feeling great while living life on purpose?

LaQuisha Hall, the “Unbothered Queen” of Confidence, goes far beyond what is expected of her. There was a time in LaQuisha’s life where she was not confident in much. She struggled through low self-esteem due to being naturally thin, witnessed domestic violence as a child and was sexually abused by clergy as a teen. Now an international advocate for herself and others, LaQuisha actively works to empower women and youth to overcome catastrophe through Coutured Confidence.

LaQuisha is a force to be reckoned with in communities. She is an award winning community service leader  winning regional, state and national pageant titles including Mrs. Essence 2013.  She founded the SheRose Awards to give a platform to abuse survivors to share their own stories. Beginning her skills in mentoring at age 16, LaQuisha also spends hours locally and abroad mentoring via her nonprofit program, Queendom T.E.A. (The Etiquette Academy), committed to encouraging and teaching teen girls about personal safety, feminine etiquette and positive self-esteem. She is the author of a self-esteem journal for young girls, Positively Bodyful, and the coauthor of additional books. LaQuisha also enjoys keeping her look fresh while inspiring others as the natural hair and fashion guru behind Corner Curl Girl.

Her “survive, then conquer” philosophy teaches communities to not only overcome catastrophe, but to support others in doing the same. LaQuisha has empowered others to empower others for over a decade and has no plans of stopping!

Join me Hezekiah L. Montgomery host of The Man IN The Mirror and co-host Nichelle Johnson as we welcome this AWESOME, I can't wait till we speack to her woman to our show.  You're jaw will drop after hearing what she has to say.
