The girls are back and hitting the ground running. This week they welcome back self-proclaimed investigative satirist Paul Krassner. He had a ringside seat for two of the most notorious cases of our era: the kidnapping of Patty Hearst and the assassinations of San Francisco Mayor George Moscone and gay activist Harvey Milk. Paul's dark humor and sharp observations of the absurdity in the handling of both cases is recalled in his book Patty Hearst and the Twinkie Murders. May May Ali was born and raised in Chicago, IL and she is the eldest daughter of boxing legend, Muhammad Ali. While earning her B.A. Degree in Social Work, Maryum’s first cousin, Otto Ali, was a homicide victim of gang violence in her hometown, Chicago. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Maryum made a commitment to help at-risk youth, and she has been fulfilling this pledge for the past fourteen years in the gang prevention field.
As a Case Manager and Program Director for Community Build, Inc., Maryum has provided direct services to approximately 300 at-risk youth in South Los Angles. From 2009 to 2013, she served as Regional Manager for the department of Gang Reduction and Youth Developmentunder Mayor’s Office in Los Angeles. Maryum is currently developing her own gang prevention and youth development program in Los Angeles. Her organization is called DMTL. (www.DMTLFamily.org)
In addition to her work in social services, Maryum is the author of a children’s picture book about her father titled, I Shook Up the World: The Incredible Life of Muhammad Ali.” She is also a spokesperson for Team Parkinson and The Parkinson’s Unity Walk in an effort to raise awareness about Parkinson’s disease and research for a cure.

As a songwriter and singer...his song "Shannon" went gold. A performer with a keen sense of the irony of showbusiness,his adventures in music led him to create his show "One Hit Wanderer".
