I Am Liberty! on American Preppers Radio Friday *7:00pm/Est *6:00pm/Ct *5:00pm/Mt *4:00pm/Pt Live Listen and Chat go to: http://prepperbroadcasting.com/listen-chat/ We are all learning. Every day we are reading and learning. How to's and What if's. The thing is now more than ever there are many keyboard survivalists and article writers who are looking to get traffic with outlandish articles that could hurt you more than help you. Tonight on I Am Liberty we are going to talk about the most popular prepper myths out there. I have talked about many of the more controversial ideas that are worth considering in this topic. Wild edibles are great the knowledge is necessary but if you think wood sorrel and burdock is going to sustain you long term than you might as well scarp the plans for a chicken coop and use that wood for your coffin.
Articles claim everything from finding direction by moss growth and staving off hypothermia with alochol. Reading is always good so long as you can disseminate the real deal from that which would get you killed. It’s important and though we can laugh about it there are many people who believe that they can buy their way out of hunger.
It’s going to be a show for much conversation and contention. I advise you guys to call in and dispel this myths or tell me why you think they are being misdiagnosed. Don’t miss it. Myths about health and wellness perpetuate themselves because people tend to pass along information to others that is totally untrue. Experts say that in the world of fitness, myths and half-truths are what may be keeping individuals from getting the workout and results desired. To assist us in putting our best foot forward and dispelling some of these myths Soy interviews the “Fitness Guru: Cora O’Kelley”.

Charles Paragian and his partner of twenty-three years, Daniel Sernekos have been foster parents for over fifteen years and have six wonderful adopted kids. But Charles and Daniel have endured some of the most harrowing biases, and maltreatment in the course of providing their children a safe, warm, loving environment. With New Jersey Marriage Equality to begin on Monday, what impact will it have on the couple? What benefits will become available to their children and their family. Accused of kidnapping their multi-ethic children at a border crossing, the family have certainly faced big challenges. He is the founder of Everybody's Children Foundation which raises money for group homes of New Jersey. This family is very visible and yet not recognized as being legally married Charles and I will discuss the many fallacies, rumors, presumptions and lies about families headed by same-gender parents. Milling About visits The Evergreen Inn Bed & Breakfast in Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey. Dating back to 1873, it was once a stagecoach stop. Innkeeper Laurie runs the inn like she's hosting a dinner party or hanging with friends at the local Jersey Shore pub. A great storyteller, she entertains her guests at breakfast. If you're still sleeping or even slightly hung over she is the perfect wake-up call! Her juice glasses are on a slant to confuse you even more. She says, 'it's 140 years old so I don't know if I'm the one that's slanted in my 40s or the house is slanted but it works for me!'
One wonders if her five year-old daughter is an inspiration, joking she's a 'beard' for her goofiness. Leaving the corporate world she fell into hospitality having a Yureka moment finding a Christmas ornament that said 'Evergreen Inn.' Since 1997, she put her management skills to work with a homey renovation. The rooms are named for evergreens like The Redwood, a tribute to The Eagles' Hotel California and her 'thing' for Don Henley complete with mirrors on the ceiling and pink champagne on ice.
It's Halloween so everybody loves a good ghost story. Laurie was busy painting alone on the third floor at 2AM when she distinctly heard her name. She laughs, 'Turns out it was an ex-boyfriend calling from across the street at the 7-11 for a booty call at two in the morning!'
Breakfast is the main attraction with names like 50 Ways To Leave Your Lovah French Toast, Brie Rules The World Eggs; one with lobster because hey, it's the beach. Laurie gleefully recites the ingredients as you enter the dining room insisting on seconds.
Divorce. It's hard on anybody who goes through it, regardless of which religious beliefs you hold. But do Christians deal with divorce differently than non-Christians?
Some would say 'yes,' and because they do, certain misconceptions have now developed that undermine the recovery process. Could some of the problem stem from how the Church has handled divorced members? We'll see.
If you're a Christian and you're either divorced or you're going through a divorce right now, you'll want to tune in today as we chat with Divorce Recovery leader and contributor to the new LIVE AGAIN DVD series, Gretchen Goldsmith. She's here to debunk 5 myths that keep divorced Christians from the help they really need.
