Markey is a seasoned business executive with more than 25 years of business experience, including 15 years as a business owner. She is also an internationally recognized speaker, serving as a featured speaker for the U.S. State Department’s Women’s Entrepreneurship in the Americas, a program that aims to increase women’s economic participation as well as serving as a panelist and speaker for the Global Entrepreneurship Congress. Additionally, Michele has been a guest contributor for MSNBC, MarketWatch, Bloomberg News, The Wall Street Journal, and many other national and local publications.

He has a new solo album entitled ragged & dirty and we will discuss the music on that album, his work with Royal Southern Brotherhood, the charities he supports and even his Hot Sauce! I am excited to be able to speak with Devon and discuss his journey, which was influenced more by The Beatles and Kiss more than from his dad. This should be fun!
Nathan James first Sat On The Couch back on January of 2012 to be a part of the IBC Preview shows. He now has a new album out that is actually two albums, Hear Me Calling (Acoustic solo) and Natural Born That Way (Electric band) which includes 4 songs done in each style. I'll chat with Nathan about what has been going on in his life and career and we'll check out songs from each album.

Edward Markey clashed over Markey’s record in Congress and Gomez’s background in business during the final and often testy debate of their U.S. Senate campaign.‘My vote record is completely transparent,’’ Markey said. ‘‘But with Mr. Gomez, we still don’t know who his clients are.’Gomez said he’s unfazed about the spending gap and polls showing he’s trailing Markey.‘‘I've been the underdog my whole life,’’ Gomez said. ‘‘You saw the comeback of the underdog begin today in earnest. Mary Jo Markey is an accomplished editor in both film and television. After cutting a series of independent movies, Markey began her collaboration with J. J. Abrams as one of the editors of the TV series Felicity during it's first two seasons. Markey then moved over to edit the first two seasons of Alias, which she was nominated for an Emmy, and in 2005 Markey won the Emmy for the LOST pilot. In 2006, Markey's collaboration with J.J. Abrams ventured onto the large screen with Mission: Impossible 3. Their collaboration comtinued in 2007 with the HBO pilot Anatomy of Hope, 2009's Star Trek, and the 2010 Undercovers pilot and 2011's Super 8. Besides projects with J. J. Abrams, Markey has edited the award-winning HBO film Life Support, which was selected as the closing nights film for the 2007 Sundance Film Festival (and brought her first ACE Eddie nomination) Ms. Markey is an active member of the American Cinema Editors and frequently appears on educational panels sponsored by ACE. She was one of the producer's of the first Prime Cuts: Emmy Winning Editors on Their Craft and served for two years an the Executive Committee of the Television Academy's Motion Picture Editors Peer Group. The Tuesday night’s debate between Ed Markey and Steve Lynch in Springfield was the last one before the April 30 primaryMarkey said Lynch opposed the federal bailout of the auto industry. “Steve voted no on the bill that saved the auto industry,” Markey said.“I don’t want to call you a liar but you are,” Lynch responded.Markey responded that Lynch “was inappropriately personally insulting.”Lynch hit back: “I take it back. You’re not a liar, you’re just misinformed.”
