Kenyon Carter is an Atlanta-based jazz saxophonist and international recording artist recognized for his melodic smooth jazz compositions and engaging live performances. He expresses his creative and soulful style through a beautiful and sultry sound. Although unique and entirely unmistakeable, he has been compared to contemporary smooth jazz favorites like Boney James, Dave Koz, Kirk Whalum and Gerald Albright.

His statement on Co-Dependency is this: “It is an over dependence on another for the purpose of fulfilling a need or emotion within ourselves. What does it look like? Co-Dependent people have countless ways of trying to manage or control others and their problems. They do this by a set of negative behaviors they've created to help them get and then stay in control. There are about seven known behaviors. We will talk about them on the show.”

T. Mychael had the great honor of singing the National Anthem for President Obama during his 2009 visit to the Twin Cities and former President Jimmy Carter in 2010. Mr. Rambo is also the proud recipient of the 2010 Sally Award in Arts Education, presented by the Ordway Theatre for the Performing Arts, as well as a Minnesota Black Music Award, also in 2010. His honors and awards include Young Audience Art of the Year, McKnight Theatre Artist Fellowship, Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Fellowship, and both the University of Minnesota Century Council Community Award and Outstanding Community Service Award, to name a few.
