The Exchange - Powerballin' on a NBA Budget
In a few weeks, David Stern will preside over the final NBA Draft of his stewardship as league commissioner. And though it'll be great to have one more trolling moment from arguably the best commish in pro sports history, it's supposed to be a night about the neverending future of the league.
Sumit & Jason bring the masses another edition of The Exchange to talk about the Draft Lottery as fourteen teams once again pray for a savior (or at least a competent starter). They'll also provide thoughts on the ongoing Western Conference Finals between the Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs, the yet-to-start Eastern Finals between the Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat, and draft prospects who'll be heavily scrutinized for the next month.

The Exchange - Facing the Inevitable
And it happened.
It was inevitable, as were the reactions.
On The Exchange, Sumit & Jason have the first NBA discussion during the 2013 postseason, but will take the chatter off the hardwood to discuss the reveal by Washington Wizards center Jason Collins. Because of the varied perspectives that have been thrown out there, the guys will add their own with the hope that people can wade through the waters of opinion and analysis with a little more clarity. They'll be briefly joined by Stephon Johnson of the New York Amsterdam News as he shares his thoughts on the Collins coverage.
Of course, they'll also discuss the playoffs themselves as the first round winds down.
Come through what should be a very lively edition of The Exchange through the chat room, Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe & @StephonJohnson8), and the phone line at 347-202-0247.

The Exchange - The Every Night Whiplash of the Playoffs
it's that time of year where it gets tougher and tougher to NOT stay up for the the West Coast action every night... well, if you live east, that is. And it's just as tough to finish the work/school day out west if you want to enjoy the East Coast games.
On The Exchange, Sumit & Jason will chat on not only the Conference Semifinals in the NBA Playoffs, but bring it back to the NHL as the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs are well underway. Between the undead Chicago Bulls to the might-be-dead Vancouver Canucks, there's plenty to discuss as the march towards championship glory in both leagues will have some winding roads.

The Exchange - For Lord Stanley's Cup, Expect the Unexpected
The great allure of the Stanley Cup Playoffs is that you begin to expect the unexpected.
The early dismissals of top seeds. Defensive teams finding the back of the net all of the sudden. The previously-unheralded goalie getting hot.
A comeback from 3-0 in Game 7.
On The Exchange, Sumit & Jason bring it to the rink as they chat about the frenetic Stanley Cup Playoffs. They're joined by Senior Editor of The Sports Fan Journal, Joe Boland, as they will discuss the entertaining first round and what to look for as we enter the Conference Semifinals.
They'll also look at a more serious matter regarding the lawsuit filed on behalf of the family of the late Derek Boogaard. Is this the start of something to upend the NHL as the case has been in the NFL? What questions and thoughts come to mind about the state of enforcers in the sport?

The Exchange - The Streak
So you're either mad that the streak continues, obsessed with its endurance, or exhausted of its hype. Either way, the streak is the most dissected thing going. Oh, you thought we meant The Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania? Well, despite the boldness of one CM Punk, THAT may never end. On The Exchange, Sumit & Jason are joined by long-time friends of the show, Michael Tillery of The Shadow League & The Starting Five and Paulsen of Sports Me

The Exchange - Seeing (Cardinal) Red
Over 23 million viewers watched it last night (according to Nielsen), and no matter if they rooted for the Louisville Cardinals, the Michigan Wolverines or just a good game, they were treated to one of the best games in the history of college basketball.
And goodness, did the sport need this game.
Sumit & Jason bring you The Exchange once again in the aftermath of one of the best men's college basketball games - let alone Finals - in a long time. Joined by Justin Tinsley of The Sports Fan Journal & The Smoking Section, they'll talk about not only some of the game's (many) memorable moments, but what's next for both Louisville and Michigan.
They'll spend some time wondering who fans will be watching at the next level, where CBS & Turner go after mixed reviews this season, and even placing the title game in historical context.

The Exchange - The Second Anniversary/NFL Draft Show
Two years ago, when the show began, we talked about the upcoming NFL Draft.
Last year on its first anniversary, we talked about the upcoming NFL Draft.
So, did you really expect the last Tuesday in April to NOT go the same way?
On the second anniversary of The Exchange, Sumit & Jason once again bring it back to how it all started with a NFL Draft preview show. Friend of the program & National NFL Writer for Bleacher Report, Ty Schalter, returns to talk about the '13 class and a bit more.
The fellas will speak on how this headliner-lacking draft will affect the three-day televised format (will you still be glued past Thursday night?), plus could this be a class of first-round busts or a "thick 2nd day" kind of group?
And of course, it would be hard to discuss the NFL without delving into the Darrelle Revis trade to Tampa Bay.
Celebrate two years of The Exchange by coming through live through the chat room, on Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe & @tyschalter), and the phone lines at 347-202-0247.

The Exchange - Ladies & Gentlemen, the NBA's Second Season
Sports heaven lives in this two month stretch from now until the end of June. If you don't believe that, then toss your cable box out of the window RIGHT NOW because between the NBA & Stanley Cup playoffs, baseball, the NFL Draft, and more major events from individual sports, it'll be pretty hard for you to not pray to the sports gods.
Sumit & Jason bring you another edition of The Exchange, and they'll be joined by Alex Wong of the tremendous Steven Lebron site and podcasts. With the NBA playoffs set to begin this coming weekend, the guys will not only discuss the typical predictions, but go off the beaten path a bit with how players, coaches and even the Association has performed all season long.
Alex will also get a little misty-eyed about the state of Toronto sports; from the early stumbles (and Jose Reyes' ankle crumbles) of the Blue Jays to the "maybe the lockout actually helped us" playoff push of the Maple Leafs to the "where have you gone, early 2000s" struggles of the Raptors.
Come through The Exchange through the chat room, Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe, @steven_lebron), and on the phone lines at 347-202-0247. (Also, make sure you dig through the goodie bag that is Steven Lebron Radio)

The Exchange - Shock the System
No one knows how much the applications will swell for Florida Gulf Coast in the coming years, but what this past weekend has given the small school is exposure and a legacy that can't ever be taken away.
Along with Wichita State and LaSalle, these three teams are - to borrow from the team name - shocking the system as the nation desires early on. Yet, there's a reason why fans are talking more about FGSU than any other team in the men's tournament.
On this edition of The Exchange, Sumit & Jason take a look at the ongoing March Madness, or Sadness for some of the degenerates. They also spend some time talking up baseball as we get closer and closer to Opening Day.
Come through The Exchange in the chat room, on Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe) and the phone line at 347-202-0247 or 619-639-4601.
