Toi Cook is the founder of Toi Cook Management Group LLC. TCMG LLC is a Los Angeles, California based enterprise that provides consulting services to companies with interest in the sports and entertainment sectors. Toi Cook played eleven years in the NFL, was on the 1994 Super Bowl Champion 49ers, had an interception in the Super Bowl, and played on three different NFC West Champions, the Saints, 49ers, and Carolina Panthers, during his extensive career.
While playing, Toi Cook was also his team's NFLPA player representative on all three teams. Toi Cook was instrumental in helping convince Gene Upshaw, Executive Director of the NFLPA, and its board members to move into the entertainment arena by licensing the players under the league's group licensing program for entertainment productions- In 1998 the Board of Representatives elected Toi Cook to the Executive Committee, which serves as the Board of Directors for both the NFLPA and Players Inc., the Union's for-profit marketing arm. His term was for two years. Combined revenue for both companies during this time was $86 million.
