#136: Beth Torina, Head Coach, LSU Softball, visits TCRS to talk about her outlook for the Fall as the Tigers begin to prepare for the 2014/2015 season. LSU will be led this coming season by returners AJ Andrews and Baylee Corbello. Last season LSU finished 38-24 while appearing in the NCAA Regional Round. 2014/2015 will be a special season for the Tigers as LSU will host the 2015 SEC Tournament May 6-9 at Tiger Park. Hilliard, a 6-foot, 232-pound senior from Patterson, made his sixth start against the Crimson Tide Saturday but left the game after rushing three times for 15 yards. He has rushed for 431 yards and six touchdowns his final season.
Hilliard played in one of the deepest and most talented back fields in the country.
He was invited to play on the East-West Shrine Game and is invited to the NFL Scouting Combine. He looks to be the ninth Tigers running back to gain a 1,000 yards in a single season.
