ENVISION THIS: Rooftop fruit and vegetable gardens in low-income neighborhoods
Chelle Hennessey would like to see a garden on every rooftop in every low-income neighborhood so that this population can have access to fresh fruits and vegetables. She has developed a passion for creating health and wellness programs that are essentially an expansion on the idea of community gardens. She also offers a program to businesses that would like to benefit their employees: “This program has many unmeasurable benefits, including increased loyalty to the company and fewer sick days taken.”
Chelle is a certified In.Form holistic health coach, distributor, and executive assistant for Nature's Sunshine, an herbal supplement line that is holistic in nature, and also offers weight loss, weight management and supplements for almost any diagnosis out there. She especially assists during consultations with clients with gut issues, something she has a lot of experience with.
Chelle is the author of a short pamphlet, How I Beat Crohn's Disease, available at Amazon.com. “I was one of the people who were diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and I have beat it with diet, stress relieving activities and being open minded to new methods of treating the disease.”

The choices of most people living in low income areas always amazes me. Not everyone in these areas makes the same choices. I have been looking around to see who uy wat and why. I have seen people in need of food but choose to buy beer rather than food. I have seen store owners of convience stores in these areas allow peoploe to buy illegal items with food stamps. No convience store is to see single cigarettes out of a pack of 20 but many store owners in low income sell single cigarettes. These are only a few of the things that is wrong.
Three generations of drivers in one family is not an everyday thing in motorsports. It is with great pleasure to have nice guy number one on the show this week. Out of the hills of Schuylkill County PA. Mr. Colt Harris. A steady campaigner at Big Diamond Speedway in the modified division, Colt’s family has a long history in stock car racing. We will catch up on all of that along with what Colt has planned for the upcoming season.
Nice guy number two has the repetition as being old school. Some would say along with being a nice guy he is also crazy. LD&D met this guy last summer as he towed his USAC AMSOIL Non-Wing Sprint Car into PA on a open trailer all the way from Iowa. Also known as the "Colfax Comet" we are looking forward to having Mr. Robert Bell on the show. Robert is the 2015 Speedway Illustrated Ken Schrader Real Racer of the Year Award winner and we know there is a story behind that.

The anticipated opening of the “New and Improved” Susquehanna Speedway is just around the corner. He operates Don’s Performance Corner and is expanding his business into Sprint Cars. Don’s Performance is a J&J Chassis dealer. We hope to have Don on the show also.
Our local guys did great at the Chili Bowl and we will get you up to date on all of that plus we have the President of ARDC Wayne Lesher with us. Wayne is going to cover all the America Racing Drivers Club news plus bring us up to speed on the packed schedule of midget races for 2016.
Also on the show we will have Alex Bright from Collegville PA fresh off the trip to the Chili Bowl. Alex had an exciting trip with a prelim win and a crazy Saturday night feature. We are sure Alex will have some great stories to tell from this one.
