    On yesterday's broadcast we began our discussion about the weight of sin. Sin entangles us and burdens us down. We took at look at the definition of sin and looked at various scriptures (Romans 3:23, Ephesians 2:8, 9; etc.)

    It's Truth or Consequences Tuesday. "And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free." (John 8:32)

    On today's broadcast we will continue the conversation on sin. We will work to answer the questions, "What is sin?" and "How does it (do they) weigh me down?" Lastly, "How can I be set free?"

    Continuing our theme from yesterday The Good, the Bad, and the Ashy we pick up our discussion on the sin  of slothfulnees (Proverbs 19: 15, 24; Romans 12:11) and move on to replacing it with diligence We are going to uncover somethings that we try hide or cover up with lotion, Vaseline, Mary Kay, MAC, weave, wigs, a swag and a great smile. God wants to expose the weight of sin so that we can be free from its entanglements and penalties. If we say we have no sin we're not being honest with ourselves or God. (1 John 1:8)

There are invisible weights of stress, anxiety, fear, doubt that become a mental mass that becomes burdensome, and debilitating. These weights sap our energy and focus causing us to become sluggish and ineffective when pursuing goals, dreams, or just living life. On today's broadcast we will continue the conversation as we answer the question, "What's weighing you down?" Our biblical example is Barak (Judges 4).
