      We have a spiritual body, we have a mental body, we have an emotional body, and we have the physical body which is the part which we see.


    All of these parts store weight and this weight shows up on the scale.  So when you think about losing weight, you don't need to always deal with what you eat.   Changing your diet is going to result is some weight loss but changing your diet will never get to the weight you are carrying in your emotional body and your mental body.

    Trying to Lose Weight, but Stymied? Thyroid Could Be the Culprit

    Dr Gil Kajiki is the founder of the Valley Thyroid Institute. He graduated from the Pasadena College of Chiropractic and has been a chiropractor for 30 years. The main focus of his practice is thyroid and Auto Immune conditions.
