LL Sports 2 -"The Right Decision?!"
Welcome to LLSPORTS2! A sports show for everyone!! – but for the ladies, we’ll get an opportunity each show to teach you some of the fundamentals of baseball, basketball or football. We promise to never answer your questions with "not right now, the game is on!"
For those of you who say Derrick Rose should have returned to the court by now and at least given his team a fighting chance of competing in the playoffs….NOT SO FAST!! On tonights show we will discuss the health of Iman Shumpert. The NY Knicks guard who tore his ACL the exact same day as Derrick Rose last year in the playoffs. And who is now dealing with pain and swelling in that same knee heading into Game 4. Did Derrick make the right decision after all?
We will also discuss in detail the remaining teams in the playoffs. How some of the series are just about a wrap, some appear to be one game away from advancement and then there is one that is now the best 2 out of 3. We made our predictions for the Finals at the beginning of the Playoffs…how close were we on our predictions?

Welcome to LLSPORTS2! A sports show for everyone!! – but for the ladies, we’ll get an opportunity each show to teach you some of the fundamentals of baseball, basketball or football. We promise to never answer your questions with "not right now, the game is on!"
In this weeks episode we will tackle the NFL Draft. How did our teams fair and should they receive a passing or failing grade? Then we will address the NBA Playoffs! How did the Hawks and Bulls go from being "one and done" to possibly advancing to the 2nd round? Also, the devastating loss of Russell Westbrook for the remainder of the playoffs for the Thunder. Can OKC realistically make it to the NBA Finals now?
In the second hour we will again slide into our "Ladies Learn Moment" and then discuss what is it about the "City of Motown" that shut down the bats of the Atlanta Braves?
We will also discuss the revelation of Jason Collins. That he is an NBA Center, he is black and he is gay. Does this lay down the red carpet for the NFL player(s) who hinted towards coming out a month ago?

Since its release the dong has sparked much controversy; and its lyrics and, message, and intent has been questioned by many. No strangers to controversy, we break it down on everything that's wrong with the song, its message, and the subsequent discussion as it relates to slavery and racism in America.
Joining us will be community activist, educator, and rapper NYOIL, to discuss his "Accidental Racist" diss track, "What The Hell". Also joining us is Professor Anthea Butler of the University of Pennsylvania to give some historical context to the discussion.On tonight's show, we'll pull no punches like always.
