It was a normal day for teacher and mother Misty Novak; she got up to have her morning 5am walk with a friend and neighbor, and then began preparing for work. In the background she had the news playing, suddenly she heard there had been a plane crash, this crash was near her son Zach’s University , but “he wasn’t going to be on a plane” she thinks to herself. She ignored the cold chills she had the feeling of doom and went about her day. As the end of the day approached her classroom door opens, she is asked to come immediately to the principles office. Thinking to herself, “what have I done, it must be bad for them to not wait for the end of day”. As she walks into the office, she suddenly realizes something is terribly wrong…..in this moment, in this second Misty’s life would change forever. Denial would serve only as a deterrent as she would soon have to face the fact that her precious son Zach was indeed on that plane, and he was not coming back home. Not back home for another hug, to sing her another song, to show her his gorgeous smile. No Zach had gone to his eternal home leaving behind all those that desperately loved him.
Join me in welcoming the mother to Zachary Novak and the author of: See You in a Minute: A Mother’s Journey Through the First Year Of Grief, Misty Novak. Her courage to recount that painful first year after the loss of a child is absolutely breathtaking. If you have not suffered a loss yet at some point in all our lives we will have to face this fact. Don’t go it alone, what an amazing story.

Listen in as we open up some areas of new research and explode some myths on the sloppy science about vibration and sound . Randy Masters founded Resonant Living, a business which produces products that are tuned to the universal harmonics and the world of geometry, sacred sites, and ancient musical traditions.
