Happy African American History Month
"all-ways remember to lov eyourslef"
The new year began with a bang and so much is still happening. I am blessed beyond measure and owe a great deal to my Dad, Leon Elliott Lyles, Sr. Our talks and discussions guide me through much of my life. We had an agreement for dialouge, based on three points; 1. Confidentiality: a promise that whatever we spoke on, was between us, 2. we had to agree to disagree, no arguments, period, and 3. we could talk about anything, including the big three:sex, relidion, and politics. Today is Daddy's Bearthday. He was born January 31, 1917. He would be 99 years old were he to be alive today. He was one of the first African American Naval officers, opening the door for other to follow. He passed on into the next realm over ten years ago. I can't say I miss him because he is always with me, always. I speak with him, to him and of him so often, others think he is still alive. I love you Daddy, Happy Bearthday.
This week's theme from the ORACLE Cards:
Your strength is not determined by your ability to love others. It lies in your ability to allow others to love you. Open your heart to the possibilities for love. Then your capacity to love others increases tenfold.
The ORACLE Speaks ...
"all-ways remember to love yourself"
Welcome back. So much has transpired in the past week. I know it has for me. Call in to share 805-285-9772. Today we read once again from the Urantia Book. As I do it, we open the book to what ever page and read. Food for thought .... And then there is the Kingdom Day Parade of Los Angeles. I will share my day that day, with you. What of YOU? Shall we hear from you aout what you have been up to? Call in to 805-285-9772 to share.
This week's theme from the heart of The ORACLE:
Mourn not the loss of the love and enfluences in your life. Mourn the pain that life sees fit to send your way. It does not know its life is fleeting, that you are using it only to move to a greater understanding of truth. Mourn the trials and tribulations in your life, for they know not that you are already triumphant, in that you faced them down and rose victorius. Mourn the evils others commit upon your person, which cause you to pause in the wake of your journey. They know not that you have already risen above their pettiness and weaknesses, which lead them to blindly abuse your friendship and love and you to see them in all their true glory. Mourn not one thing that helped to make you the you you are. Rejoice in your own self love and all else will align in your true light and love.
The ORACLE Speaks ...
"all-ways remember to love yourself"
The Short Pitch says it all. More from the Urantia Book, You know how I do it; I open the book and whatever page it lands on is where I read from. This way, the word is truly led by the spirit. And then there is the honoring of a King, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. January 15th was his Bearthday, and we celebrate his life and legacy. And of course, there is YOU! This show is for you, too.
This Week's Theme from a poem by The ORACLE. pg 91, The Oracle Speaks...just because
FACING THE DEMONS
Facing the demons means being honest with yourself. It simply means not telling yourself the lies you've repeated year after year, moment after moment, time after time.
Facing the demons isn't about self glorification. It's about self ratification. You being you. Who you are no longerthe issue or subject of major concern.
Facing the demons acknowledges the past, accepts the present and hopes for a future. Deciding to refresh and renew the spirit you've become, while drawing from the spirit you were.
Facing the demons takes strength. A sense of self preservation that knows ultimately that your strength lies in the weaknesses of the demons, because they are your own.
Facing the demons isn't a punishment, it's a gift. It's an opportunity for complete freedom. To allow your self to be the free you G-D meant you to be.
Facing the demons means recognizing the "real you" for truth. Accepting the true reflection, not the fun house distortion, and laughing even still.
Facing the demons is about loving the demons, embracing the demons, naming the demons, then letting them go..
So you see, facing the demons isn't as difficult as it seems, sinnce facing the demons means facing yourself.
Let's face the demons together.
Last week I introduced the Yrantia Book. I will continue to explore and provide insight into this incredibly authored book filled with the anzwers to your innermost questions. How much do you really know about creation, the existence of life beyond the earth as we know it, the overstanding of G-D's intent and other essoterical thought? Tune in, let's find out togwther.
This Week's Them from the heart of The ORACLE:
Take the time to find out what you want to know. Try not to rely on someone else's report on a amatter. Doing so can leadd to mis-information spiraling into misunderstanding and ultimate blindness to the truth. I know because it happened to me this past week. Once I realized my faux pas, I thanked the sorce that set me free and moved on with a renewed pledge to myself to be more mindful.
The ORACLE Speaks ...
"all-ways remember to love yourself"
This year will be all that it is supposed to be. Dependent upon your choices, deeds done to and by you, the positive energy you give and the love you receive and reciprocate, all will help determine the final outcome of your life. The secret is in the knowing what that truly means to you, individually and you in the Universal Collective. Come with me, The ORACLE, on a journey this year, and experience the ultimate fruition of all that is meant for you.
This Week'e Theme from the heart of The ORACLE:
Pass no judgement lest you judge youirself. Even then, be not caught in the grip of self pity and self hate. In stead, embrace the smallest pearl of light from within. You will be able to see miles ahead with the tiniest of that light.

According Venda people,"In Africa the art of divination is based on symbols linked to natural forces, those that rule the elements, animals and human beings". There are forces of nature that we put our faith in everyday such as: The Rain,Fore,Wind, and Earth. The Venda people believe ,that these forces ," Are reflected in the ties that link the members of a family: The Mother, the Father, the Son, and the Daughter, each one the bearer of a message."
Kwanzaa celebrates what its founder called the seven principles of Kwanzaa, or Nguzo Saba (originally Nguzu Saba—the seven principles of African Heritage), which Karenga said "is a communitarian African philosophy," consisting of what Karenga called "the best of African thought and practice in constant exchange with the world." These seven principles comprise *Kawaida, a Swahili term for tradition and reason. Each of the seven days of Kwanzaa is dedicated to one of the following principles, as follows:
Umoja (Unity): To strive for and to maintain unity in the family, community, nation, and race.
Kujichagulia (Self-Determination): To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves, and speak for ourselves.
Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility): To build and maintain our community together and make our brothers' and sisters' problems our problems, and to solve them together.
Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics): To build and maintain our own stores, shops, and other businesses and to profit from them together.
Nia (Purpose): To make our collective vocation the building and developing of our community in order to restore our people to their traditional greatness.
Kuumba (Creativity): To do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.
Imani (Faith): To believe with all our hearts in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders, and the righteousness and victory of our struggle
